The location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was also top notch and friendly

The hotel is an old hotel that is well kept but not really a 5* other than the location and the size of the rooms.

The staff was great. I forget the gentlemen’s name but the doorman was fantastic and always greeted us with a smile. He helped us several times when we needed suggestions. Great friendly service.

I wish they had a breakfast option or restaurant

Location is convenience. 20 minutes walking to Arc de Triomphe; 15 minutes walking to Eiffel Tower.

Bathroom needs Kleenex box.,continental breakfast is too expensive for 40 euro, it should come with room.one had one free bottle of water in the room, not much help downstairs

The location is perfect and the hospitality of the staff. They offered fresh coffee and pastries in the morning, walked out with my luggage when the ateeets were closed and were great generally.

One of the members of the staff could not come up with a solution when the streets were closed to get a car. The next morning someone offered to walk with me. I also can’t wait for the restaurant and bar to reopen!

The location of the hotel was excellent, and the staff were extra kind and helpful.

The room view was not good, also it would be great if they add a coffee machine in the room.

My room was spacious and well-appointed. It had a sort of sunroom/balcony that let in lots of light and afforded a lovely view of neighboring rooftops. The street it overlooked was very quiet. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful.

Unfortunately, the lounge and restaurant were closed for refurbishment. A limited room service was available. Lots of dining options in the area, so it wasn't really a problem.

We stayed when they were renovating the property so the restaurant and fitness center weren't open. Given we walked everywhere and the cafes are abundant, this didn't affect us at all. The hotel is very clean, quiet, in a wonderful location close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower and had such a comfortable bed. The staff was wonderful and I would absolutely stay here again.

Staff is friendly and location terrific.

No complaints. But they need a restaurant to serve breeakfast. They do not have any restsurants.

La Tremoille ParisI recently returned from a trip to Europe with my sister and two children ages 13 and 8. During our four day visit to Paris, we stayed at La Tremoille Paris in the 8th district as recommended by my fantastic travel agent. The hotel did not disappoint. The location was ideal and put us very close to major attractions and incredible restaurants. The hotel lobby and common areas exuded an old Paris charm while the rooms were modern, spacious and very clean. The staff was attentive and kind and always made us feel welcomed and appreciated. The hotel is undergoing renovations but we did not hear any construction noise during our entire stay. However, due to the renovations, the hotel offered limited room service only options. The continental breakfast was not ideal, particularly for my children, but the staff did their best to accommodate. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to future travellers without hesitation.

An excellent stay in my favourite 8th arr in Paris. Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms are much bigger than usual in the city, decorated in classic French style. Love it and definitely will come back again

The location was amazing, 10 min walk to the tower, great for runners - right next to water. Bikes to rent everywhere so pretty good location, surrounded with restoraunts. Bed was suuuper comfy and pillows as well, shower was amazing. It was really a great experience, with hotels being double the price in this area this was a hidden gem

We enjoyed our stay in the hotel.The room was spacious ,clean, and the staff so friendly!Ideal choice, if you want a comfortable stay while exploring and walking all around Paris! Montaigne avenue and Champs Elysees theatre are next to the hotel...Great location!A bientôt ??

Location , room size

The hotel was under renovation, so no lobby no gym and there is noise due to renovation work, all of this was not shown in booking. The hotel send us email about the work going on, and they will upgrade us due to the renovation work and noise. But the staff at check in did not upgrade the room. After we complained about the room as it was vary hot and bed was one king and the booking was twin bed!! Staf at check in ??

The room, the service, the food

Everything was comfortable, clean and quiet.

Heating like a furnace in bedroom and worse in bathroom and prevented us getting a good night's sleep. Too hot even to be in the room. Fortunately the kitchen/restaurant was being refurbished so the outlet extractor was not on at the rear, or we wouldn't have been able to have all the windows open. The room belted out heat even after staff came to sort the matter out.Wall-mounted shower didn't work properly so we had to use the hand shower each time.
