Super comfy bed, great location, and quiet hotel for a fair price for Paris

The room is really small (typical in Paris), so if you have a big suitcase like ours, it turns out really difficult to open it everyday

The room is a little bit too small for big suitcases. There were some construction work in the morning upstairs, which disturbed our sleep, but I believe this is just an one-off thing.

The room was not really spacious for two people, but that was not a problem. Also, common spaces could be a bit more pleasant and inviting.

Location is great. Just close enough to the Gare the Lyon to walk there but far enough to feel the neighborhood vibe. I also liked their enviro-friendly approach.

The hotel was fantastic and also the staff very kind and available. We spent a fantastic night, thank you for everything.We did check in at 11,00 pm and staff offered us a free bottle of water and a hot tisana. We were very tired and the guys were simply fantastic.

Lovely Cafes and Restaurants near by. Good location - a quick 10 minute walk to the closest metro.

We stayed in January and experienced several serious issues. The room heating did not work and blew cold air despite being set to maximum, leaving us freezing overnight. Reception’s response was inadequate, providing only a small fan. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and on the final day we returned to find a blood-stained sheet, with no staff available at reception to address it. On our last day, there was also a prolonged power cut on the sixth floor, with poor communication and delays before power was restored. Overall, service was poor, communication lacking, and issues were only acknowledged when raised at checkout.

Me and my 2 friends from the Bahamas stayed at this lovely quaint hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and very nice. Especially Laetitia. She went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and was able to get back to the train safely. Hospitality and customer service is on point. Thanks again Laetitia for the complimentary honey. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Also great location
