Location and opening windows.

A lot of stairs with my heavy bags. But thats Paris. Dislike having to leave the key at reception each time.

Great location close to the Metro (1 block away), Room was small, but worked for a solo traveler. There is no Lift, so be prepared for some exercise. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

No AC, the room became a sauna when sun was blasting all day on Friday. The Corridor was cooler than the room. Even at night the walls radiated heat. Fan does absolutely nothing. The key policy (needs to be given away even when you go for coffee) and the guest policy (not allowed).

The 6 flights of stairs was worth the location and price! Only a 15 min walk to Notre Dame! Would stay again here just keep in mind all the baggage when climbing stairs. Housekeeping cleans room everyday which is nice, everything was great!

WiFi is unfortunately abysmal!!! Never worked once during my stay. Just mention so no one is surprised.

No elevator, have to climb a steep stairs, so risky for a 70 yr old couple, the size of the bathroom are for midgets.

The hotel has a very good location, close to a subway station, many restaurant options very close and also very close to Notre Dame Cathedral and the Luvre Museum (you can walk to both places). They allow you to store your suitcases at no cost while they deliver the room.

The room was a little small, the internet very slow (I couldn’t have a meeting), the bathroom quite small and it was a little dirty in the shower area. The building doesn’t have an elevator, they gave me a room on the 5th floor so I had to go up and down the stairs

It was very well located, close to the Louvre and the Latin Quarter. Many Metro stations are close so it’s easy to move

Everything was great, but I would’ve liked for there to be a water dispenser so we didn’t have to buy all the time

Location is very noisy at night with drunk person shouting profanities at 1 o clock, daytime is noisy. Staff is inconsiderate with room changes, i requested a lower floor, assigned 6th floor without elevator because i booked myself as 1 person so given a single bed. You have to leave your keys when you leave and pick up again when you go up. Shower hose was leaking.

The location can’t be beat for the price. It’s very reasonable and has an amazing view of Paris.

My partner didn’t have hot water for one morning, but that seemed to be a fluke thing. We were okay during the rest of the time while showering.

It was fine as per location.

The location

The hotel has 5 floors and no elevator, it is impossible to go up with luggage. The room was dirty (I even think there were fleas), there was no air conditioning when in this season the temperature was very high (one day it was 40 degrees). The sheets were dirty or stained, the bathroom (toilet was not clean) and the shower floor tiles were broken.

Value for the money

I was there on an extreme heat alert day and hotel had no AC, I was on the sixth floor and that didn’t help. Also no elevator.

The location is great, the room had a separate entryway which made it more private.

The room didn't really have any extra amenities and barely had the essentials (only one towel, no kettle, no tea bags, nothing other than the bed, is really disappointing for a three stars). The bathroom could have been cleaned better (lots of dead bugs on the floor). The wifi was abysmal. Just forget about it. They should just openly say they have no wifi. Also, you're not allowed to leave the place with your room key, which I found rather bizarre.

The location was good and the staff was pleasant.

A lot of stairs, not a lot of space in the rooms with basically no convenient outlets (located in odd spots, across the room or by doors with no tables nearby), very small bathroom.

The location is a 10, maybe 15 minute walk away from Notre Dame right along the Seine. It is a very modest hotel, NO. Amenities, no tv in room but the VALUE is great. Small stairs to climb. It is not for large people but I would definitely stay again if coming to Paris. Helped make my trip and Paris affordable. The staff was great, friendly, helpful, they even had a band aid for the blister on my foot! Nice discovery. Try book directly. Clean, personable staff, GREAT location.
