Bad location, need many connections M 1 and RER A

Good location, close to a RER station, clean rooms, friendly staff

You can literally hear RER trains pass by. Kind of noisy before midnight and after 8am

Everything: service,placement of second building(?) of 4* hotel !!!!.lift not working,problem with entering the main door( during day,not night).that hotel shoul have 2* at least.

Very nice suburb of Paris. Very professional and helpful staff. Room very much exceeded my expectation! Train station right outside on the plaza!

Literally right on the Red A Metro Line, the hotel entrance is steps away from exit of the Nanterre Prefecture metro stop.

The elevators reeked of urine for the entire week that we were there.

Friendly staff, very convenient to RER.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star property, but it does not meet basic 4-star standards.Constant elevator noise was clearly audible in the room, making it very difficult to sleep.In addition, metro trains pass approximately every 15 minutes, causing strong noise and noticeable vibrations that made the building shake, especially at night.The room was extremely cold at night, and the staff denied the issue instead of offering a real solution.No basic amenities such as toothbrush or toothpaste were provided.The underground parking is very narrow and unsafe. Our car was damaged while parking normally.These important issues are not clearly mentioned in the hotel description.Overall, the price and star rating do not reflect the actual quality of the hotel.

Will not be returning.

Checkin was not good. Personel was not friendly and not willing to help. We had all the documents but it was not well enough for the person behind the desk.

It’s really well located and spotlessly clean. The staff are really helpful as well. I’ve had a problem because I’ve left a sponge bag behind and they dealt with it really well.

I think there could be more catering. Breakfast was fabulous but for a four star hotel surely there should be dinner as well?

Clean room, bed was comfortable

Built on top of the subway so you heard every train passing by, and the room moved with every train. Only able to sleep between 1am and 6am. Scrambled eggs at breakfast looked almost liquid.

Great Location , we went to a concert at the Arena and it was and easy walking distance , also located near supermarket and some fast food , so everything you need. Room was comfortable & Clean.

Clean room with great location. Friendly reception staff. Metro station, supermarket and fast food places that work late hours right out the door. There is an entire ironing room available to you at all times. Great value for money for Paris.

Toilet and bathroom separated, which is a bit inconvenient, considering there is a sink only in the bathroom. Cleaning staff were a bit too eager to clean. I was trying to sleep but they kept knocking even after I said "it's busy" a couple of times.

Hotel needs to be renovated. Carpets, doors etc all looks like updated and very old. AC does not work properly, room was too hot.
