Very nice staff and the place was clean.

Mirror light not working. The room's door was not locking properly.

We arrived and the elevator was inconvenient, and we were told that they can’t fix it because they would have to stay closed as a hotel for a day. So they stay with an elevator that is frustrated for the clients. Most of the times, you hear water going around each room and the walls aren’t soundproofing at all. Another good thing is that we were told that when they have a lot of check in and outs , there is a problem of cleaning your room because probably they don’t have enough cleaning personnel. They have an espresso machine near the reception where for a whole day the cups were dirty (because somebody did a mess there) and they didn’t even see it until the next day. In a few words it’s like somebody was left with a place in Paris, and he makes money without having a clue of what professional hotelier means.

Location is great, beautiful view from the 6th floor, overall look in the room is new and clean

Room temperature was too hot and we were unable to change it, elevator is a bit moody, coffee machine not working, weird smell in the corridor

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Farra and Jimmy were exceptionally wonderful. Staff were generally friendly and courteous.

I like the style and quality of furnitures.

I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness; there was hair on the beds and stains as well. The bathroom smelled heavy.. Maybe need to check the ventilation.And the heater is blowing from the ceiling so dries the air inside the room at night. Humidifiers would help maybe? or just radiators or floor heating system..

The property is in a wonderful location close to Grands Boulevard Metro station. It is surrounded by many beautiful restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets. We travelled to all of the main sites in Paris with ease using the metro nearby and felt very safe returning at night.The staff at both reception and the restaurant were exceptional and couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome, Especially our breakfast server! The room was wonderful, we had a lovely 2 storey apartment with views of the Eiffel Tower and Sacre Coeur. Slippers and a coffee machine also made us feel at home.

It was a good location nearby restaurants, coffee shops and supermarkets. The metro was just down the street as well! Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Easy access with room code when entering the hotel after the reception was closed at 20:00.

Our room was located on the 4th floor. One window was broken and was partially open which didn’t help with the noise from the street and the heating in the room. Also the windows were very thin so we could literally hear every person outside talk as if they were standing right in the room with us - mind you we were on the 4th floor. The shower doesn’t have a shower curtain/door and is located on a higher level than the bathroom floor which was very strange. The water would just go flying everywhere without some type of cover. The room’s heating was ok, but there should be a second radiator in the room instead of only one in the bathroom going at 32 degrees 24/7.

Well located if you do not use car. Extremelly nice attention at the front desk. It was great to gave at the front desk some croissants :)

Very liitle hot water for the hands. There is no fridge and breakfast was not open on time.

They scam my reservation. I paid for something and I didn’t get what I should get for I paid for superior room instead they give me a regular room. The management wasn’t helpful at all. Even the staff. A lot of customers were were complaining about the bathrooms the facilities and they were reserve a room and they got room totally different than than booking, and they don’t want to return back my money i don't recommend anyone to stay with this property

Very nice street with plenty of bar and restaurants. It is very close to a metro station also walking distance from city center. The bed is very comfortable and the room was very clean. Also the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location and the facilities were great condition and new. Great value for money. Staff was friendly.

We left at noon to go wonder around in Paris, and when we came back at 7pm, the room hadn’t been done. They had forgotten to do the room. This isn’t normal, but the staff came to give us towels and apologised. I hope they can make up for it at a future stay.

The hotel & rooms are nicely designed, with plenty of space and comfy beds. Good location for bars/restaurants/cafes and close to Le Grand Rex which was the purpose of our trip.

Our digital key code didn’t work, and there was a lot of back and forth with the live chat & receptionist to get it sorted. Also the TV in the room didn’t work as it wasn’t connected to the wifi and we couldn’t change the settings. WIFI was also intermittent. Coffee machine is a nice touch but there’s no milk to make the drinks.

Location

The rooms were tiny and we had a family room, no rooms for our luggage. Also the family room we had didn’t have a fridge. We had a baby and it made it difficult to keep milk cold.

I liked everything! There was only no fridge/minibar but for the rest everything was amazing
