Pros +
- Location! Clean. Good bed.
- The location was fine
- Excellent location - very close 10 min walk under the Arc de triomphe to the main street, very helpful staff, fast wifi.
Cons -
- Not crazy about the shower. Hairdryer in 14 is shorting out.
- The hotel name in booking is different from the name outside, some kind of a room rental inside an existing hotel. The check in is awful! I registered my wife as the guest while I made the booking, they didn't let her check in until we had to send them again the confirmation from booking, took 25 minutes!!! The room is very small and not so clean, no coffee machine.
- The basic stuff they put in the fridge are not free .

Very good location, nice room with coffee machine inside and convenient bathroom
There was a smell of humidity and lack of freshness in the room, fortunately the window opens
Great location. Cozy, elegant boutique hotel. Great staff
Fitness room is small and could be better organized
Location is good
No tooth brush set provided on the first day until further request. The area is noisy in early morning (6am) everyday during collection of waste on street
Close to Arc de Triomphe.Great breakfast
Small room
Comfortable beds. Free afternoon coffee and tea every day!
Not clean. (Coffee?)stains on the wall and weird smell in the bathroom. Weird construction where Hotiday rents out rooms in other hotels? First thought was that we were scammed. Staff was arguing with other clients for hours when we were ready to leave the hotel.
Very good
I had a little inconvenience after booking. There is no mention of a deposit anywhere on the booking, I received the message only after I made the reservation. I waited for answers and sent messages and called on the phone... In the end, everything ended well, thank you.
The bed is amazing quality - I slept so well! The room was perfect for my needs, very clean and comfortable with a coffee machine, and toiletries in the bathroom.
