Metro was steps away

The hotel had a dumpster sitting next to the entry, it was small, appeared dirty, and the room was small, dark, and looked dirty (even tho it was clean). There was barely room for our suitcases to fit in the room without tripping over them. Disappointing!

Location

hotel reception staff. One in particular was arrogant, lazy, careless and not helpful. He would not offer any guidance on surrounding areas and screwed up our early morning taxi reservation. Receptionist was very helpful and courteous.

Hotel staff gave great meal advice. They were courteous and witty. The location next to the Dupliex metro station was perfect for us. I like the door between the bathroom and the bedroom so you could get ready without disturbing your partner.

The staff was so nice and helpful. The location was great! Great value at a good price!

Location was great, rooms were clean and staff was friendly.

Elevators take forever but it's also not the biggest deal. Just have to build in more time to get up and down.

the subway is right across the street

i had to ask two times for the towels to be replaced and the complimentary instant coffee and cream to be replaced.They finally got the towels right but i gave up on the coffee and cream and just got it from the lobby desk every night.

Hotel location was ok

Room was kind of small and there was no hair dryer.

The hotel was clean. Easily accessible to the Metro (simply cross the street), restaurants in close proximity and walking distance to the Eiffel Tower.

Management should look in to my particular room for leaks. I noticed water on the floor in the bedroom area after taking a shower. The two areas are separated by a wall.

Very clean. Walking distance to Tour Eiffel and subway station. Many nice cafes and restaurants around. Very friendly and nice staff. Every staff member I interacted with was very helpful and pleasant.

The amenities advertised are not accurate. It said they have an airport shuttle but they don¿t. Also the amenities list breakfast included, which is not true. They have a really nice breakfast buffet available but you have to pay for that. Not included.

Best breakfast of any hotel I have stayed at in the last 25 years. Staff helped us with directions and taxis

Small space, bad smell and overpriced

Everything went great during our stay. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and clean, staff was amazing. They answered all our questions in a courteous way. That includes the front desk staff, cleaning staff, and cafeteria staff. Location is great. A few minutes walk to the Eiffel tower. There's a train station in front of the hotel. We could see the station, but we didnt have any noise issues. The area was also great to walk to cafes and restaurants. Felt super safe walking around and coming back walking to the hotel even past midnight. Will stay here agin iif we come back to Paris!

It was clean and near to Eiffel Tower

No slippers, it was mentioned that is only for superior rooms, we asked if we can pay but than we were informed that they don’t have at all…

Near train station. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and one of the Big Bus stops.

Feels dusty and stuffy.

We had a fabulous girls trip here. The hotel was great but it was the staff that really made it special. All the correspondence before we came was always so quick to answer questions and when we were staying they were all so lovely to us. Amazing customer service! We also had a little welcome note and gift in our rooms which was such a lovely touch! Would highly recommend this hotel. Special thanks to Camille and Sam xx

Everything! Location, friendly and very accommodating staff, very clean, great food options

Smoking right outside the doors, so we had to walk through smoke every time we came and went.

I liked everything. Daily cleaning of the room. In front of the train station. Good restaurants and bakeries and above all Very close to the Eiffel Tower...And the Hotel is very Nice

The A/C does not cool enough

The location wasn’t ideal — quite far from the main attractions, with the Eiffel Tower being the only notable site nearby. Although rated as a four-star hotel, it felt more like a lower-category property. The facilities were quite run-down, and the elevator was out of service during our stay, forcing us to use the stairs. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
