Great location, lovely staff, stylish rooms

The hotel itself is beautiful, brand new and super clean. The location is great. We do recommend it.

The staff broke our suitcase on our first day, the hotel did not assume responsibility and the hotel management has never contacted us, until today.

I don’t live far from Paris but wanted to spend 24 hours in the city. This hotel is truly beautiful and very clean. When walking in the hotel smells so good. I arrived slightly early and was greeted with a welcoming smile by Waled. He checked to see if my room was ready and it was. He explained everything I needed to know and sent me on my way. The room was so beautiful and clean, and the Clarins products were a nice touch. I was leaving later in the day but checked out on time. Yosser had no problem holding my bag wile I ran errands until it was time to go. Upon my return was greated with the same smile by Waled. I didn’t get to use the spa as I forgot my swimsuit. I’ll be back to utilise the spa next time. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There’s nothing not to like ! This will be my go to stay when in Paris.

Staff were very friendly and helpful and everyone spoke good English. Breakfast was also good with nice dishes. Option to enter the hotels hamam was nice, although we never used it. They also offered a pool which we also didn't use. It was nice though to have those extras.

The room was clean and newly refurbished so everything was bright and cheerful. I also liked the personal message and welcome bottle of champagne. The toiletries and complimentary slippers provided were comfortable.

There was a slight musty smell, maybe from the recent renovations, and I could not open the window to air out the room.

The hotel was exactly what we hoped for- beautifully decorated rooms, a lovely, quiet neighborhood, and wonderful staff. We wish we could have stayed longer! Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Very comfortable, cosy and thoughtfully designed room. Ideal for a 2/3 night trip for a couple. We loved using the spa - sauna and steam. Staff were lovely and went the extra mile - even gifting us breakfast as we were celebrating our anniversary! We will definately stay again.

Beautiful property with clean rooms and a great location. I enjoyed the restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood, as well as the proximity to landmarks through the metro.

The main reason for my low rating is the complete lack of soundproofing, despite the hotel explicitly advertising soundproof rooms. This is misleading. Noise travels extremely easily and you can hear neighbors snoring, coughing, watching TV, conversations in the hallway, and outdoor street noise.The hotel should be honest and remove the soundproofing claim entirely. I have stayed in Paris five times, often in older buildings, and this was by far the loudest room I’ve ever experienced. Age of the building is not a valid excuse when soundproofing is advertised and clearly not provided.At this price point, breakfast should be complimentary, especially considering the consistently poor reviews from other guests regarding its quality.Check-in was also lacking. Aside from breakfast, no amenities or services were explained, which added to the overall disappointing experience.Overall, this property does not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. I would not stay here again.

You may want to have breakfast somewhere else. Breakfast is not ”hotel like” and it can be super slow.

Location was excellent with easy access to multiple Metro lines with a few minutes walk. Lots of places to eat nearby. Room was spotlessly clean and well equipped and staff were very friendly and helpful

The location was ideal, just a 10-minute walk from Opéra and 20 minutes from Gare du Nord. The receptionist was kind and professional, which made the stay even more pleasant. The room was spacious and comfortable. I’ve stayed in over 20 hotels in Paris, and this was one of my favourites among four-star hotels.

Modern, clean and the staff were super helpful. Spa was relaxing and well needed after a long day of walking around Paris. Great location right next to the metro and not far to walk to most of the main attractions and shopping.

Nothing as the hotel was beautiful. Room is slightly on the smaller side but didn’t cause us any problems during our stay.

Our room was very small probably the smallest room we have stayed in.

High quality room, excellent fittings and amenities, very good breakfast and friendly and welcoming staff. It is the ideal hotel if you are in the arts and antiques business. It is 100 meters to the auction house Drouot. Although the rooms open on the street, the soundproofing is perfect. A parking garage is within 3 minutes, with a few charging points for electric cars.

Everything was perfect!

The absolute best hotel I have ever stayed in. All the staff went above and beyond. The private spa was amazing as was the breakfast and the room. We will definitely be back!
