Very friendly staff and helpful. I accidentally left an adapter which I didn?t notice but the hotel staff emailed me what I wanted to do.(I donated)

Free coffee was available anytime but the morning time was hard to know it was free.

Poor wifi, slow and often not working. Did not replenish tea, water. Hotel room had visibility wear and tear.

Personnel was magnificent.Hotel employee was extremely helpful at off hours and a wonderful gentleman. The rest of the staff was a class act.

We loved so much and will come back, the staff were so accommodating and friendly. Location amazing, value for money and the room was lovely.we really liked the overall atmosphere especially in the lobby with the seats and tea.and coffee

The mattress was very indented so may need a replacement

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss. Someone needs a lesson on how to cook bacon.

Boutique style, large room.

Bathroom slightly small. Advertisement of balcony is misleading with regards to description and photographs. Only certain rooms have street facing balconies. Misleading info regarding complimentary mini bar as this is only for soft drinks. All snacks and alcohol will be charged for. We paid for a superior room so would have expected it all to be complimentary. FYI the closet with the mini fridge at the bottom has a safe on the top. Please note that this does not close if unused therefore liable to hit your head anytime you are using the bottom of the closet.

Friendly staff, great location, good breakfast, great showers (large rain showers with excellent water pressure).

The only slightly negative point was that we booked a family suite for our family of four, which turned out to be two separate hotel rooms connected by a door leading to a small entryway. We placed trash cans between the doors to create a sense of connection between the two rooms. This wasn’t a big issue for us, but it’s something to keep in mind when booking a family suite at this hotel, as this setup may not work for every family.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean and very quiet for the location. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to attractions. They are all within reach if you like some exercise.

Room is not that small compared to other hotels in Paris. Staffs are really helpful and nice. They have a bar which you can ask for wine and spirits, very convenient when it’s too cold to go out LOL

Very good price/quality ratio when booked in advance, with some minor but predictable inconveniences. Small hotel in a safe location, just outside the center, close to 2 metro lines. Family interconnected rooms are small, but well equipped and cleaned daily. Good breakfast for France, not offering much choice but covering all basic needs.

Not the most charming Paris neighborhood. Cheapest small pod based coffee machine, clearly insufficient for a hotel lobby/breakfast. Heating done with a portable electric radiator, occupying the only bedside electrical socket. Bathroom sliding door very close to one bed. Lower floors are noisy early in the morning due to the garbage trucks.

Our room on the 4th floor a bit too small - we couldn’t open a wardrobe without moving a little working desk. Some deco needs a renovation (abat-jour)

It was very good the location of the hotel! Near to metro station and very close to many places worthing to see !! Also it was very clean the room and the receptionists were very polite!

We have made the reservation since August and when we arrived the gave us a room.at the first floor with much noise from the road and even from the metro that was passing under the hotel! The breakfast is extremely poor,with just the basics and it is served in a very small room! When we arrived the charged our card with 150 euros as a deposite for the possibility of using the mini bar in the room! In addition the pictures of the rooms are not even close to reality! We have made a reservation for a privilege room of 19 square meters and the room we were given was even smaller tha 14!It absolutely not worth the money! The services provided and the room for sure don't worth the money that we gave with a reservation 4 months ago! I was absolutely disappointed and I strongly not recommend that hotel! The price is for a 4 star hotel but the room and the services are for 3 star or even worse for an airbnb room! It is absolutely disappointing experience! We couldn't even communicate with the person who was responsible for tge breakfast , as she didn't speak any other language except for french! If I ever come back to Paris I am sure I will not stay in this hotel again! And I think I will be much more carefull with booking app , as they don't check the hotels they work with and let them presentate a different situation from what really is!

Location, location, location! Great location, lovely property, great transportation, lots of shops and restaurants in the area.

The staff and location were outstanding! The rooms were clean and the reception and lounge area was very nice.

The rooms are much smaller than the pictures make them look, even for European standards. Audio the floor in our room has a very odd 'hole' under one section of the carpet. We learned to walk around it, but that made the room even tighter. A small item, we were there for 5 nights and mornings, and the breakfast was exactly the same every day, and average at best. A little variety would have been nice and a couple of the days the eggs were runny, the coffee very bad, and the crepes cold. It was obvious when the staff, not the owners, were handing the food prep.
