The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The room was small but nice. It was walking distance to transportation.

This is not a 3 star hotel. It has Nothing to do with 3 star, i do not understand Who gave them this 3 star and for what. Old building in a desperate condition. Please Check the hotels before you offer us as 3 star. No star or maybe 1 star maximum.

Convient location close to Alésia métro station. Nice and clean room.

Internet service at the 3dr floor whenever my room was located was really bad. Requested to fixed or changing room and told me nothing they could do and that they were.sold out which we know wasn't the case. But over all is ok

It was very warm, needed to have to windows open some nights.

Radiator for heating was making noise for a few seconds almost every hour, which wakes you up during the night. The pillows need to be replaced as they smell a little.No aircondition for the summer.

Location, location, and location. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The bathroom needs some work of renovation. The toilet seat cover, for example, was old and scratched. The room was very small for two people. The wallpaper is old. But then again, for the money we paid and the location of the hotel, we can not complain.

The room was hot like a sauna!

No fridge inside the room, you must go down to keep your drinks inside the restaurant refrigerator.

Location is good, close to restaurants and metro station. Also 20 min away from Porte de Versailles

Rooms and facilities are old.Staff request to turn back the keys whenever you go out. This is makes you very uncomfortable and u secure.

Weird you have to keep your key card at reception when you go out, I get they don't want it to get lost but anyone could just take it.

Comfortable room for four people. Bathtub was nice and bathroom a good size as well. Staff very friendly and breakfast very reasonably priced (6€ for a simple croissant/orange juice/hot drink) which is rare.

Private bathroom. The hotel staff were very helpful.

The decor was dated and mismatched. A shower curtain that opened/closed and kept the water inside the shower would have been lovely. The shower aimed directly at the floor and wall making it impossible to shower.

Staff were wonderful. Close to public transport and shops. Had a working elevator.

The distance to the supermarket was about 50 meters.Staff: Very friendly and efficientConsidering Paris hotel rates, the room price seems reasonable; however, improvements in cleanliness and amenities would significantly boost its rating.

Room: Fairly clean, but more cleaning was needed.Bed: The mattress was too soft, causing back pain.Amenity: Basic, and there was no kettle.

Close to the metro and there is a Carrefour just downstairs. Safe area.
