Hotel Du Parc Montsouris

The location was great.. across the street from a park. There is a supermarket close by, which was great for me... I was able to buy groceries to cook in the Aparthotel.

The elevator was extremely small but I later found out that is common in Paris.

The location was great and my proximity to work was just a couple of stops away on the RER B line (Luxemburg station).

Having a little more space would have been nice, but the value for the money is hard to beat.

This is a very clean, quiet, affordable hotel in Paris. For 11 euro, they had a lovely continental breakfast. Easy walk to the Metro and several close restaurants and grocery store.

This location is somewhat far from the center of Paris. Transportation was 25 - 30 minutes to any of the major sites.

Small lift but worked fine to get suitcase up narrow stairs

Everyone spoke acceptable English and was very helpful.

They didn’t clean the floor for several days. Water leaking from the tub/shower on the floor when taking a shower.

Location was good.

Rooms were tiny, not big enough for 4 people (which is what we booked). Hard to open suitcases, very little space. Hard to walk past each other because room so small.

Beautiful room . Nice to have some cooking appliances available . It was quiet.

It wasn’t very close to much. The park was nice.

Great location close to RER B line for easy airport access with baggage and T3a tram and M4 for sightseeing. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Very quiet.

The staff was cordial and accommodating. They tried to help and make us feel more comfortable. The location is excellent, and the building itself is pretty.

The hotel doesn't have A/C and we were in a room facing east, so the sun would make the room really hot, even at night.The elevator sometimes wouldn't work. We were on the 6th floor.The housekeeper only goes to the room at a certain time, so if you are still in the room, they won't clean it.

I like the location of the hotel,the friendly personnel,rooms have everything you need for comfortable stay ,including fridge,sink,kitchenware and ability to cook.They provide room cleaning every day,the hotel is clean and quiet and gives you feeling of rather home than hotel.The rooms are a bit tiny but taking into consideration the discounts they provide everything is exceptional.And I would also emphases the fact that providing free ride from /to hotel -airport plays a big role in selecting this hotel. I would definitely recommend Hotel du Parc Montsouris to my friends.

We had to book this room/apartment very quickly (in fact, as we were travelling) because our previous booking had to be cancelled owing to a disastrous fault in the building. We had particular requirements about which part of Paris we were going to be in and therefore were pleased to find this particular hotel. The room was smaller than the one we had previously booked but we were really pleased with the cleanliness of the place and its location (close to RER, Metro and tram). Breakfast was a nice bonus. The beds were comfortable - the pull-down bed was of very high quality.

The room was on the small side - there's nothing really that the hotel could do about that but everything worked. If you were genuinely using our room as an apartment, you probably would need a bit more in terms of cooking equipment but the induction hob was also very good.

The location is very convenient to Tram and RER B station a mere walking distance away. The ambience of the Parc Montsouris reduces stress and fatigue from the travel.

Language barrier with staff who don't try to speak English.

We had a very pleasant stay. The bed was very comfortable, loads of pillows. It was very convenient to have a kettle and refrigerator in the room. The staff were extremely friendly.

Very helpful staff and conveniently located at a stone's throw from Cité Universitaire Metro and tram stop.

we had a room with a view at the Eiffel tower and Mountmart- the view was amazing! There was an elevator, and some basic kitchen items (microwave, kettle, hot place, cafe, few cups and plates). It was comfortable and small apartment. Very cosy, pleasant, we were there 3 days. I would go back. location is close to the park: quiet, green, and close to metro "B" Station.

The cleaning (in my very personal opinion) could be done better (wc, the floor).

The location was great, just beside the Parc Montsouris, with many beautiful trees and colours of autumn. Easy access to the RER, tram and metro. A few good places to eat not far from the hotel, including a lovely Indian restaurant.The room was practical for our little family, not luxurious but comfortable and clean, with a view of the Eiffel tower. The buffet breakfast was great and the perfect start to a sight seeing day.

Everything was great, apart from the bathroom door which jammed.

Location

Cleanliness was not up to standard. E.g. dark silicon joints in the shower. Overall the rooms, bathrooms and dining area need a refurbishment.

The location, the fact the suit had a kitchen, good Wi-Fi, good view

It wasn’t very clean, the cleaning staff came very early in the morning and then didn’t come back to clean when we told them we were still in the room.
