Location it was really good

The room ( 815 ) it was stinky and dirty, specially the bathroom, we had to open the windows to try to make the air less stinky

The breakfast was very good with a nice variety. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, especially Oneil and Nicolas from the breakfast team. They helped us a lot and were always friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the rooms were not very clean, which was disappointing compared to the rest of the experience.

Had to DEMAND a room change due to bed bugs in the middle of the night. Staff member initially was not very concerned at all with our situation…

I have the difficulty to manage my luggage. Small room.

The hotel is just a very short walk from the subway and there are lots of shopping and restraunts in the area. The room was clean, the wifi good, the breakfast was good with a lot of choices, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here more then a couple of times and the rooms are small. But that is typical for Paris. Overall it's a good hotel and I would stay there again.

Bathroom and especially shower comically small. Shower poorly sealed.

I like two adjaced rooms with two separated toilettes for 3 people.

The shower is two small. I can't reach my feet. I have to stand straight to take a shower.The breakfast is good but it is the same every day without any vegetables or fiber.

Staff was super helpful, the room was ready even a bit before check in, which for me was a plus. I had a single room and my friends had a double. My room was spacious enough, with a good size bathroom, bed was very comfortable. Very clean as well so for me all good

location is excellent. I always choose the same hotel for its locationroom: for my first check in for 1 night the room was excellent but for my second checkin for 2 nights the bed was sooooooo small

i booked one night on the 25th of july then another 2 nights from 27 to 29 of july.To be honest the room I got on the 25th was much better and bigger bed than the room i got for 2 days. If I want to come back to Ibis next time, I wont accept this very small bed.Plus i asked the staff for a scale, they said they have and when i went to take it at the reception they couldnt find it and told me probably they gave it to another customer. so I waited 2 hours and asked for it again but it was no where to be seen. So my advise to the staff, when they give it to someone, they should note down where did the scale go or keep it at the reception and those who need it can only use it at the reception.

Fix the AC everywhere please, for real

The air conditioning is years old.First night: The room was 32°C, with no working AC and no way to fix it. The windows on the ground floor had an anti-suicide locking mechanism, preventing them from opening properly.Second night: I was moved to a room on the 7th floor. The AC was barely working, with almost no air coming out. Fortunately, there was no anti-suicide mechanism on the 7th-floor window, so I slept for three hours with the window open until sunrise.I spent two nights in this hotel without being able to sleep.Honestly, the breakfast was very poor : even the coffee was cheap.I'll remember this experience for a long time.

the room was tiny and there wae sometimes a strong sewer smell in the room. I paid for a double room and stayed there for five nights. The bed was only about 120cm wide, which was very small for me and my daughter. We didn't sleep well because of that, and I don't feel i got what I paid for.

Great location. Adjacent to Metro. Lots of restaurants nearby. Quiet area.

I was very hot for april (23 degrees). Air conditioning was not working. Opening windows means lots of noise from main street.

Arriving at the hotel at 23.10 on 14th of February 2025, I was extremely disappointed . The receptionist told me and my husband that our booking was cancelled. There was no email or previous messages to us in accordance with such insensitive information. We decided to make. Fresh booking because it was very late already and he said there was no room available. So in actual sense they sold our reservation to other people and that was very unprofessional and unacceptable. We left in anger to another hotel. I still have the reservation reference number. So annoying customer service.

Location was perfect The shower was leaking and it dripped water a bit during the night without us using it.It was not too clean, I found the nail on the floor on the day of our arrival, left it on purpose for the other day and it still was not cleaned…

Excellent location - its not in the centre centre of Paris but easily accessibly by bus and underground around the city.Area is also full of shops, carrefour across the street. Hotel was nice, clean, modern and staff were also nice. Good value i think for paris

Rooms are a bit small compared to what I'm used to. But its ok for a short stay.
