Pros +
- Very beautiful hotel kept clean and very relaxing atmosphere. Also very helpful staff and delicious breakfast!
- The staff at the reception desk and housekeeping staff were both very friendly and helpful. And it smells delightful in the hotel!
- Appreciated the residential feeling of the neighborhood and the views out the windows!
Cons -
- The instant coffee in the room was not very good.
- I wished there was a more streamlined process for check-in; the front desk did not quite know what was going on.
- A little further away from attractions then we anticipated and from a metro. Great hotel if one had an event in the area but we were walking so it took more time than we¿d like. A fridge would be useful.

Clean hotel overall including lobby and room, spacious room compared to some hotels in Paris.

Quiet area around the corner from local grocery and bakery.
This hotel is perfectly situated in Paris. Within easy reach of the city centre and surrounded by amazing places to eat.
There nothing to dislike.
Location
Very clean and comfortable!

Everyting is fine
Great room, nice staff (good communication for special requests), perfect location for the Palais des Congrès.
Nice, clean room and quiet place to stay. Garden was beautiful.Great staff.
The hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and tidy, having enough space around the bed. You can deposit your goods in the safe located in the wardrobe and the bathroom is quite big for Paris. The breakfast has enough options to please the average tourist (a lot of meats, cheese, bakery and fruits). No vegetables available, however.
The check-in is at 14:00. Around 12:30, we called the reception to ask if our room was ready, by chance. The receptionist could not even find our reservation in the system and I had to send him a text through the Booking chat system with my full name and the booking details. He left me on hold on the phone for more than 5 minutes with no response. I hung up and went to the hotel to check if there is any problem with the reservation. Happily, they found our reservation and the rooms was already ready. We have informed the reception that on the last day we will have to leavy early in the morning, before breakfast, to catch our flight and asked if it was possible to have a takeaway breakfast. The front desk manager said ”of course”. The night before departure, we have picked up the ”takeaway breakfast” from the reception. When we checked the bag the following morning, we have been suprised to see that it contained mostly somthing I can call as "kids food" based on apples: two apples, apple puree, apple juice, some jam and some packaged toast (see the picture). Not even a croissant, about which the receptionist said that we are leaving too early and they are not ready. The stay was at the hotel was ok, but this breakfast matter left us really disappointed. A sandwich and a coffee for breakfast would have been just fine.
Accommodation is very good – comfortable and very clean rooms. The location of the hotel is also fine. Calm but close places with restaurants (Av. des Ternes) and tourist attractions as Arc de Triomphe or Champs-Élysées.
Breakfast was very good, but scrambled eggs and vegetables were missing.
Clean, comfortable, modern hotel in a pleasant, quiet district. The central garden is a lovely touch. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to metro and easy walk to Arc de Triomphe. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but had loads of local boulangeries for delicious croissant and coffee. Plenty of good restaurants within easy walking distance.
I liked the design of the glass water bottle and water glasses. The bed was comfortable.
For one or two days, maybe it would pass. For a week it was disagreeable. The small double room had no refrigerator. I wanted slippers and the poor cleaning lady had to ask a senior staff member if it was OK. There was a kettle but the coffee cups were plastic. No bathrobe. Beyond all that, only one staff member was truly pleasant and actually smiled. There was no ‘welcome, nice to have you here’, ‘hope you have a pleasant day,’ or ‘thank you for staying with us’. The place me feel like I was an imposition to their routine. Finally, it was far too expensive for the accommodation and service.
Great location and friendly staff. We rode to paris and we were able to store our bikes in the baggage store.
This is a lovely hotel in a beautiful, calm area. Rooms were very comfortable, plenty of space for a Parisian hotel. The shower was luxurious with a rainfall setting. I love the shoe cleaning machine outside the elevator. The short walk to the metro is lined by a beautiful garden/park through the median. I walked by myself to the metro twice at dawn, and I felt very safe in the neighborhood.
Although the breakfast is no longer included, as it was on our last stay, and is extremely expensive to add, there is a Carrefour Cité very close by which is a grocery store, and it's a short walk to the central area near the metro where there are many food options. The main drawback to this hôtel is that to get the beautiful calm neighborhood, you have to go out from the city center a ways. It was about a 20-30 minute walk+metro trip to get to most of the touristy sites. Totally worth it in my opinion.
Nice, clean room and quiet place to stay. Garden was beautiful.Great staff.
For the Palais de Congres a very good location (walking distance). In good distance from metro lines. Nice garden, quiet location.Possibility for parking spot.
Quite noisy rooms.
Abundant and varied breakfast, served also outdoors, weather permitting.
Duvet unfortunately too thick for the season.
