- The website claims they have airport shuttle, but they didn¿t. It cost over 70.00 each way to travel to and from the airport.
- The room was very small, & several things listed in the hotel discription were inaccurate: the listing includes "shuttle service," but there was none, and "views of the Eiffel Tower," but that was a stretch too--our room faced an air shaft-type space.

The staff were all very nice and helpful. Excellent breakfast, good location close to RER train , metro and bus. Restaurants are close.!out rooms were very nice with a coffee maker and small balcony facing the river.
The room was nice with comfy beds and beautiful showere.  The metro is 30 seconds away and so does the RER C( which line you will need when you want to go to Versailles).

Lift did not work - I was put on 5th floor!!!!! One of the staff was difficult to converse with and only provided me a contact card for the manager when I asked a third time.
The hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly. The hotel was conveniently located 10 minutes from the Eiffel Tower, local restaurants and shopping in the area.

Very near to Seine River and Eiffel Tower, I had a river cruise so very ideal Location and most of all walkable. The Hotel is very nice, Lovely Staff and a good Breakfast.

Location. Fairly central. Just 2-3 minutes walk from the bus stop, metro as well as the RER station, super convenient.Free coffee and snacks all day. Pretty cool.

Renovations on one of the hotel floors. Construction across the street from the hotel. Sometimes noisy.
I got the family apartment. The space was good, there’s microwave, coffee maker, plates, napkins, bathroom amenities and the bed was comfy.There’s a pizza place right beside the hotel with great pizza.
The noise coming from the metro or train nearby. It is not loud, it happens that I’m a light sleeper.
Nice and clean, very close to the Metro station. Good mattress and pillows, plenty space in the room for 2 people. Good hotel if you okay to travel by transport to the central city.
The breakfast was good, but very limited, almost no choice. There are renovations going on next to the hotel and it was noisy on weekdays. There is no door in the bathroom, fortunately the toilet is separate.

Bad room, no information in advance that room is outside the hotel on the ground floor. Noise and vibration from metro and people outside. Room was cold.

Room was very comfortable, great bathroom extras. Robes and slippers were a nice touch. Was a good size room. Staff were lovely and very accomodating. Location was easy to get to from Orly by cab and good for accessing the rest of Paris. Very clean.
Unfortunately the safe didn't work and there is a big constrution site opposite, but noise was fine if windows closed.
