I stayed at ibis Paris during a snowy period, and unfortunately the heating in my room was not working while it was snowing outside.To their credit, the staff provided me with a portable radiator from the reception area. However, it had a broken wheel, and I had to carry it myself up to my room, which was located in the attic. It was not the most comfortable experience, especially in winter conditions.The location of the hotel is excellent, close to lovely local restaurants and pleasant areas to explore on foot. I also appreciated the complimentary hot beverage available at the entrance — a small but thoughtful gesture, particularly welcome in cold weather.What was disappointing, however, was that there was no attempt to change my room or offer a proper apology for the inconvenience. That lack of proactive service made the situation more frustrating than it needed to be.Overall, the location is a strong point, but better attention to guest comfort and communication would significantly improve the experience.

TV does not work.

The staff were really helpful, letting me leave my luggage before my check in time. And every time thereafter whenever I spoke with front desk staff they were great.

The room was really sparce and felt to be missing a lot (couldn't connect my devices to watch TV for example and there was nothing in the room aside from the bed and TV). There was no tea or coffee (they offered complimentary coffee in the evening in the lobby only). The hallways and lobby were very cramped and made me feel a little claustrophobic. I had not expected so much noise from outside either but this is my own fault for not preparing.

Good location and value for money

The heating in the room was broken. We were promised heater in the room which we didnt receive during the course of our stay. Apart from this issue everything else was good.

Location! This hotel is around the corner from Rue Cadet, a lovely street with bistros and shops. Very local and pretty. It’s also walking distance from the Opera Garnier and many other sights. Super well connected by metro and bus, with a bus connection to Gare du Nord for the RER B that goes to the airport (CDG). The rooms are simple, but comfortable, and the staff is a delight. Willdefinitely stay there again!

Breakfast was good, staff were helpful and attentive, room was clean, location was great - handy to restaurants, trains, Metro.

Needs a bit of a re-vamp, comfortable but not crazy about the decor.

Floors were quite thin and I could hear all movement from the upstairs room.

In an excellent location near to all kinds of eateries and close to metro stations. Rooms were a good size, bed and bedding v comfortable, especially pillows, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea available all afternoon and evening. Breakfasts substantial, freshly prepared and with lots of choice.

This hotel exceeded all expectations - clean, friendly helpful staff and a fabulous location. Also the beds weee really comfortable and the room well-sized. The breakfast was extensive.

The local is perfect! A lot of restaurants on the street and nearby. Really close to a metro station. The hotel crew eas very Nice and The breakfast fabulous!
