The Hotel was great except for Lloyd. ALL the staff were 10's
Staff was extremely helpful & many members of the staff spoke fluent English. As we were in a different country this was not expected. Location was fantastic (quiet, safe & in walking distance of a lot of attractions & metro).I highly recommend this hotel
Everything was very nice about this hotel but the best thing had to be the location it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Would definitely recommend.

Cons -

The receptionist was a crankie man name Lloyd. It was evident he hated his job, called my wife "rude", cause she asked for a can of water. She has never been rude. FYI-The hotel gives you ONE can of water per day per room When Lloyd leaves, I will return.
All was good.
The only thing we didn't like was the size of the standard room, wish it was just a little bigger.

Everything was very nice about this hotel but the best thing had to be the location it was less than a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel tower. Would definitely recommend.

The elevator is only slightly larger than than a coffin. The room had no refrigerator. The king bed was actually two mattresses zipped together with a seam you could feel.

Was disappointed to learn a 4-star, small hotel had instant coffee in all but the executive rooms. Additionally there was only 1 caffeinated instant coffee in the room upon arrival and front desk could not locate more. There was no replenished coffee.

Friendly staff, kept our luggage for us before check in and delivered to our room when it was ready. Great location just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower. We could see the very top from our window! A/C, clean, comfortable and spacious room.

Staff was friendly patient and very helpful. Hotel was clean, quiet,and open 24/7. Air conditioning saved us during unusually hot summer weather. Can walk to Eiffel tower and metro. Cute bakery next door and grocery store across the street was perfect!

We had a great experience at this hotel, the room was very clean and spacious, customer service was excellent. Breakfast was provided in the room we booked and it included multiple options. Location is 15 min walking distance to the Eiffel tower and Metro

the staff was excellent. the location was good

room was small. no iron or ironing board. it was a nice hotel, but more like 2.5 rating. definitely not a 4

A lovely, modern hotel in a nice quiet location, really close to the Eiffel Tower and Champ-de-Mars. Rooms are small (as is usual in Paris) but nicely decorated and clean. Staff are very friendly. Great grocery store across the street.
