Best Western Hotel Ronceray Opera

The staff were really attentive, kind, and tried to do their best to accommodate us as best as they could with what they had.

Rooms need serious renovations, and pest control services, as we had little ants in our bathroom.

Location was fabulous! So many cafes, bars & restaurants in the area that are open day & night! Galerie LaFayette is only a few blocks away! Metro station right outside the hotel!

TV did not work & after 2 days of complaining, they moved me to another room (no help with move). In the new room, the bathroom sink would not drain! I complained & complained but hotel did not fix sink! Disgusting especially for $---- for 4 nights!

Price and location was great. Bathrooms were recently and nicely renovated.

Hotel was unremarkable. It was very dated. The elevator only went to 4 of 5 floors. There were long and winding hallways and it was easy to get lost. Beds were clean and comfortable but not outstanding. Hairdryer was provided.

Air conditioning worked well

The garbage was not taken out when we checked in to the room. In one of our rooms, the air conditioning was dripping water and the other room the AC wasn't working. Wifi speed was horrible and unusable.

Location was nice. Bathroom was new and updated. Room was small and old.

Convenient location, lots of shops and supermarkets nearby. Elevator from ground floor. Overall good value for money considering the downsides.

It’s impressive how bad the sound isolation is. I could hear the conversations from the neighboring rooms as if it was happening in my room. So from the morning when people started leaving the corridors it was difficult to get good sleep. Didn’t have breakfast there or use any facilities so no comment.

In our room was just 1 electicity plug, which at least should have electricity plug next to each bed to easy access, Other problem was wash basin waist water drain to slow and every time we wash our hand wash basin was filled with dirty water.

The room was a bit small, but the locations was just perfect for my needs. Friendly staff. And everything that one would expect from a BW

The corridors are a lil too narrow but manageable

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the location is great for visiting all the main attractions, either by foot or by metro. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, both the bedroom and bathroom were good sized. After 2pm you can help yourself to a range of drinks and biscuits which was very welcoming after a long day sight seeing.

Our room was at the front of the hotel and we could hear noise from the road (cars, pubs and restaurants). Parts of the room were a little tired.

Breakfast was limited with the choices.Location was good, and the price was responsible.

The Roms did not have much sound proofing. I could here very clearly the person above moving around which kept me up on the first night. I then got earplugs for the rest of my stay. All the doors seem to creek when opening, even the wardrobe door.

Reasonably well located hotel. Convenient for main line & metro. In an interesting historical building in an area with plenty of restaurants.

Had 2 double rooms. Furniture mostly damaged with doors hanging-off. Room safes had both been destroyed & therefore no in-room security. Neither room was cleaned during our stay nor was there any replacement of consumables (towels, drinks etc.)
