Hotel charged me for two people and has not responded to a rate adjustment??????

The location - right at the heart of Paris.

The room was quite old, and the noise from outside could be heard. The room also did not come with wifi and the property did not have an elevator. (Perhaps this one is on me for not checking the included amenities first)

Friendly and helpful staff, located in a calm street 5min walk from the train station. Excellent quality bed, clean and well equipped room and bathroom. Overall excellent value for money, highly recommended.

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great! The best croissants on this trip! Host was congenial. Location was fabulous, near restaruants and train station. No complaints.

The hotel is minutes from Gare Montparnasse but around a corner on a quiet side street. Everything was spotlessly clean,the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Best of all the proprietor was amazing, he carried my bag upstairs for me, scolded me for bringing it down myself the next morning, and walked to the corner with me to make sure I knew whete the station entrance was.

The room was not comfortable. The bed was old and collapsed in the middle. It is impossible to sleep comfortably.

Being an older propertry, its a little dated, but clean, clean and tidy. Excellent location

I was charged twice for my accommodation, once by booking.com and once by the proprietor, even though I told him I had paid. He told me to sort it with booking.com. I've emailed twice but had no reply. The proprietor charged me more than booking.com had charged

It is very close to the Gare Montparnasse, there is a kebab shop on the corner and a Lidl very close.

There is no lift, the fridge in the room did not work and the shower screen leaked so there was water all over the floor after taking a shower

Not as clean(carpet)as I would like. Bring slippers or flip-flops.

- Booked a room for 2 guests, but only one face (small) and one body towel (large for the body) was provided. Also, 2 teacups but only one teabag was available. 2 bars of soap but again, one shower gel available- No elevator- Room was quite cold, but no extra blankets in the room. Didn't ask for any, but would be nice to have some in the closet especially as central heating wasn't switched on yet

Excellent location near the train station and plenty of restaurants nearby. This is an older hotel and the staff is very friendly. The room was very comfortable and I slept well! While not contemporary in the least, the hotel provided a safe and comfortable place to rest and sleep. I would stay here again and I was able to walk all over.

I liked the location, it was central to all attractions.

The hotel did not have a lift . So had to climb 4 flights of stairs each time.

If there’s a downside at all, there’s not an elevator. And my room was on the 4th floor. Anyone with knee or otherwise leg issues would be challenged by that.

Good location to the station and local restaurants. Quiet
