    Pros +

    • I liked the size of the room, that it had a great heater in the bathroom that dried the towels, and that it had a bidet. The location was also great - close to attractions and a couple of great boulangerie's really close!
    • Wanted a hotel in Montmartre near Sacré-CÅ“ur that was affordable - perfect. Fantastic location. Boutique hotel, but generous rooms. Great beds. High pressure shower. Good storage. Fridge in room. Nice staff that spoke English. Coffee and tea all day.
    • the bed was nice.

    Cons -

    • NOT ENOUGH ELECTRICAL OUTLETS! Spotty Wifi. Common areas could use an update.
    • The staff is rude, i really don't get that if you are in the service industry. train your people to be nice. you are a hotel. The room is so tiny, you can't move in there.
    • Shower did not drain properly. I was under the impression that breakfast was included but they wanted to charge me for the breakfast.

Very friendly staff and very helpful

    VERY VERY small rooms

    7HPosted on: 2-16-2026

The room was very nice, catered to everything we needed, and is in a lovely location.

On our final night, we noticed that the lock on our door (room 203) had stopped working. We reported this to the staff member at the time and there was an initial reluctance to rectify this, asking if it could wait until the morning. After pushing, he eventually agreed to find a new room for us (room 505), and we moved rooms. We also noticed that the doors to the balcony in this room also didn’t lock properly and could be opened if pushed/pulled). Subject to ensuring the security of the rooms was improved, we would absolutely love to stay at Hotel Boronali again!

Very friendly staff and clean, comfortable one person room.

Breakfast could be a little better

    7EmmaPosted on: 2-15-2026

Great location, really close to Montmartre, and reasonably priced. Very welcoming staff.

Walls were very thin. Room could have been a bit warmer.

Staff we're welcoming and helpful, great location a short distance away from the centre of Paris with a metro station within a 5 minute walk.So long as this hotel stays open I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Paris

    9RefiaPosted on: 2-10-2026

Small but enough tidy little room

Bathroom was so small, we are not that tall so it was ok

    4KomalPosted on: 2-2-2026

    To be honest nothing much

The hotel is in serious need of improvement. The price paid does not justify the small room size or how congested it felt. Additionally, the elevator can barely accommodate two people at a time, and there was no staff available to assist with luggage. The televisions are outdated and not smart TVs. If I am expected to pay £300 for this type of accommodation, I would much rather book an Airbnb. That said, it was a learning experience.

Very friendly workers and a good location. And the elevator was an experience!

The rooms are noisy but with the normal neighbours you can sleep just fine.

    7FaithPosted on: 1-19-2026

Location was great! Really close to the metro, so convenient. A comfy stay for a few nights in Paris! Free coffee was a fantastic bonus.

Our TV did not work and it only had channels, would be great if it were a smart tv. Walls are thin, you could hear people marching up and down the stairs and fussing around in their rooms.

Great location, walking distance from Gare du Nord and very accessible to explore Montmartre. Very clean and comfortable, loved the delicious breakfast, and tea, coffee, and sparkling water on demand! Staff were wonderful, asked for twin beds instead of double bed and we're very accommodating. Also we left bags at reception after check out as we had late departure.

We only stayed for one night so it was perfectly suitable for us.

    8KahPosted on: 1-14-2026

The receptionists are all very helpful including the lady cook who prepare the breakfast. All of you are great people. We are very happy with the hospitality given by you!

No elevator but not big concern as we just need to go up one floor. Anyway, the receptionist helped us to bring our luggage upstairs. Thank you again. I can't recall the lady's name. Sorry.

the quirkiness of the place and room, the location, the welcome at the hotel when I arrive

Breakfast was not ready because someone from the staff in charge of setting this up was late. Had only a limited choice of things (no eggs, no bacon, no baguette etc

    9MariaPosted on: 1-7-2026

Receptionist was very welcoming and informative. Room was perfect and had all we could need. Lovely little belcony too ! Great location!

Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Convenient to Montmatre and the Metro. Decent price. All day free coffee.

    Nothing we didn’t like.

    10KarjahPosted on: 1-4-2026

Amazing staff, great sized room. Bathroom was a bit squished but easy enough to move around. The street view was great and there is tea, coffee and filtered water available at the reception 24/7. Stunning area to stay in, great to just walk around and explore.

Great location, friendly staff and close to public transport and restaurants
