Location
The Paris taxes on hotels cost us more than the actual room.
Disappointing
The location is actually not the best. Rooms are quite small and the carpets were not very clean.
Location is great. The room size was better than expected for paris 3 stars hotels
The rooms are tired there’s humidity on the walls and little smelly in the toilet + the heating through a split machine instead of heaters was working only few minutes at a time
Location: the BEST! Le Marais is an exceptionally lovely neighborhood. This hotel was on a clean, safe street, walking distance from many restaurants. Literally steps away from three excellent boulangeries. The rooms were small, but exactly as advertised. They were exceptionally clean, made up daily by kind, pleasant staff. The front desk staff was excellent: fluent in multiple languages, friendly, and very helpful with everything from recommendations to directions to how to use the public transportation.
Very nicely decorated hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Good breakfast. The location was wonderful.
The location is very convenient
The heating system was not working and it was very cold. The room also smelled a bit weird. Some surfaces were not properly cleaned and there were stains.
Loved the area. The staff was very friendly! They cared about your stay.
The only thing I didn’t like was that my room was a bit cold for me.
Customer service is the best very helpful and they even gave us a room with a balcony.
The hot water - was an issue.
Great location near the Place des Voges and easy walk to the Ile de la Cite. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room very comfortable. Loved the heated towel rack!

Rooms were as shown on the pictures, bathroom and toilet are separate. Beds were comfortable. Hotel is located near bus stops to main attractions and walking distance from Metro, lots of food places and supermarkets nearby.
Wifi could have been better, kept on dropping on/off. The third bed was right outside the door so was a bit noisy but they still had a TV for that separate bed/room. Room were slightly on the smaller side so there was not much space for suitcases.
The hotel staff was pleasant and ready and willing to help in a variety of ways, breakfast was ample (various protein options, cereals, fruit, breads and pastries, juices, coffee and teas) and served in a pleasant breakfast room, and the location of the hotel was excellent for exploring the Marais and not far from Notre Dame. One of my favorite places, the Place des Vosges, is a short walk away and a lovely place to relax and read, photograph, or people watch, and the surrounding arcades contain lovely shops and several restaurants. There are also several small, very good restaurants even closer to the hotel. While my room was not large, it was charming, very clean and well-equipped; the bed had a very good mattress, I enjoyed the wall art, and I loved having a full length window overlooking the street and took some photos from it of the coming and going in the neighborhood.
The bathroom was well designed and well equipped, but I'm quite short, and the hook in the bathroom was quite high, so it was difficult for me to pull down and hang up the bathrobe provided (which was very nice to have), and the wall-mounted shampoo and body wash fixture was too high for me to be able to easily use it. While the shower had an excellent shower head and hand-held fixture, I think it would have been difficult for a much larger person due to the overall small size of the space. I recognize that older buildings can be difficult to retrofit and La Turenne has done an overall excellent job of providing for guest needs.

24-hour concierge, convenient location, and amazing staff throughout
Leaving was tough
It was a very comfortable bed. The location we love. Our room had a nice balcony. And Silvia was amazing with us, take care of all we needed. Before I booked I was a little concerned because the size of the room. Yes it is but is Paris and it works perfect for our stay.
Nothing to complain.

Location of the hotel is great, lots of restaurants, grocery stores, brasseries, bakeries, everything you need and metro not too far. The street is quiet.Staff was friendly.
The room was very small, even in Paris standard. You can barely move around the bed (which is just a double size bed). It is clean but there is some humidity, ventilation is not great, confirmed by the fact the paints peeling all over the place. The worst point is that in addition of being very small (bedroom and bathroom), there is a kind of heavy fire protection door right in the middle between the bedroom and the bathroom (with a tiny corridor that looks like an actual corridor you can find outside of the rooms), so you end up strongly pushing or pulling this ugly door every time you enter/leave or just go to the bathroom, first time I see that, and hopefully the last time.
Location and friendly staff
Tired decor needs refreshing. V crammed in - can barely move anywhere. Expensive
