The best thing about this hotel is location. Metro station is located right next to it. Balcony access. Decent breakfast if you arrive before 8 in the morning otherwise no food left. Staff allowed free coffee upon arrival.

Very tiny and dusty room. AC filter was probably never changed Security box was not working and never fixed during our stay though front desk was informed. Shampoo & conditioner bottles were empty. Charged extra city tax because of Olympic games.

We spent an amazing tine here , it was near metro and bus station, near to every spot .

We stayed multiple days , there was no variation in breakfast , the juice machine was broken . All cold breakfast items. Not a fan. The room was really small , literally no space for moving around especially if you travelling witha child like we did. The bed was nice and big though.The hotel in general is very small.

The breakfast had enough variety and choice and the food was good. The room was clean and comfortable for the most part. The location is very good, with trains and the metro nearby and plenty of restaurants and shops. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The carpet in my room could have done with some cleaning. The shower-head holder couldn't be moved and the water came out horizontally and the water pressure was low.

The location was very good close to train stations & a lovely restaurant next door. Freshly squeezed OJ was nice.

Our room had a very noisy aircon (that made a horrible noise when not even turned on), took 3 x trips to reception to finally get them to move us. Next room the AC didn’t work at all. Went & spoke to reception again attempted to fix it with no luck. Slept with our window open all night instead. Only had wifi for 6 hours of or 4 day stay. Breakfast was disappointing as well.

Small and cozy hotel. Clean rooms, good location, good value for money.. fresh croissant for breakfast.. Special thanks for the receptionist Zakaria, and his colleague (forgot his name), for being helpful, respectful and friendly.

Surprised by the lovely breakfast, the room was quiet with windows shut. Aircon worked if needed. And we were lucky to get a view of the beautiful Gare de L'est.

All good.

Nothing really maybe 2 keys per room?

Waited extra 30 minutes as they have the wrong time to what we booked for. Gave us a room and it wasn't clean and the second room hadn't yet been ready, this is after waiting a total of about 45 minutes. When we eventually got the room, it was ok if you are after something very simple. Between 3-4 stars. I rate it good.

I didnt like the wait or the fact that 1 room was ready before the 2nd. The first room hadn't been cleaned properly.

The breakfast was great we had fruits cereals eggs and vegetable bread and the coffee was great.

Good location for the train station, decent size room and clean. It was ideal for us for 1 night.

Sound proofing wasn’t great and our room was at the front of the building so there was some noise from the street for most of the night. Breakfast - I’d mentioned on our booking that I was gluten free and got a reply fairly quickly just saying ‘Unfortunately, we don’t offer gluten free breakfast options.’ This was disappointing, both because I think a chain like Ibis should be able to provide gluten free breakfast, but also because there are obviously some naturally gluten free things at breakfast (fruit, yoghurt, ham, cheese etc). The breakfast was actually good quality but the communication around gluten free and the gluten free options could be improved.

Close to the station but not a nice area. Aggressive beggars, dirty street that stunk of urine.

Not very clean stained carpets , filthy staircase.

The location was very good..Bus and metro stop was just in front of the hotel..The breakfast was simple but also nice!

The rooms were small but in Paris generally rooms are small for affordable hotels :) There were few ants in the room even thought we were on 5th floor..I bought 1 room (two adjacent rooms) but it ended up in two separate rooms with no connection from inside..
