Ibis Styles Paris Gare De L'Est Chateau Landon

Location convenient to Gares de l¿Est and du Nord. But that also means lors of noise all night.

Depressing atmosphere, low water pressure in shower. Worst of all, no WiFi for 3 days and they lied about it when I checked in, saying it would be fixed the next morning. Not impossible for a one night stay before a train trip, but for me; never again!

Location was perfect, clean facilities, friendly staff.

The location was great. It was near the metro and had many restaurants around it. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was fresh every morning.

We had to buy additional adapters when we got there because the outlets were round and we needed an extender because the square adapter would not fit. There are no English channels on the television. Our double bed was 2 beds pushed together

Location, Location, Location.. Even though the block it's self is a bit dodgy .. it is steps away from Metro, RER and Food, Clubs etc. Nice breakfast every morning!

The "Larger Room" I upgraded to had three single beds, it was bigger, but had to push two beds together, not very comfortable and when attempted to print boarding passes was told could not print to printer had to email to hotel for them to print

I liked hotel stuffs positive attitude and cleanliness.

Security box inside the room is not working properly.Though they fix it two times.

Location next to a metro station.

Only a 15 minute walk from the main train station.

Choice of breakfast food. Very expensive to stay.

The breakfast was pretty good. The location is central although not a nice area but very handy for Gare du Nord and the Eurostar.

Not clean enough at all and the room was like a prison cell - the staff were unhelpful too (particularly the night staff).

Proximity to Gare du Nord and other major train stations. Proximity to bus stand and Metro (just below the hotel).

The breakfast spread could be improved and the bed mattress felt a bit okay. However, when I opened the bedsheet the cover was torn. No kettle, no refrigerator, no iron box.

Great Location. Breakfast was fine. Good value for central Paris

Some rooms were very noisy (near lift),Rooms and bathrooms were adequate but basic.

The only thing we liked about the hotel was that it was above a subway station.

The hotel staff is not courteous, the rooms are not comfortable and are somewhat old. There is no empathy toward the customer.Be careful, it is a somewhat dangerous city.

Hotel was close to rail station and subway which made travelling about easy. The included breakfast had a wide selection and was keep well stocked. The room and hotel were quiet and were cleaned daily.

Door handle on the inside of the bathroom door was loose and kept coming off.

Nice hotel, lovely breakfast, staff were fantastic! Close to train station, nice big family room.

Bathroom could do with renovating, clean but the sink was a little stained. Shower was difficult to get on but nice and powerful once on.

There was no heating in the room. We were in a attic that had 3 electric outlets and 2 lights it was so cold at night time and the bathroom needs a upgrade. When you knock on the shower it would spray all over the floor. You had to hold the shower head while having a shower

The location was good and the size of the room was good.

Bed was soft and the blanket on the double bed was too small for two person.

Location was brilliant, right next to Gare de l'Est and Metro Château-Landon (bit of a walk to Gare du Nord but doable with correct directions). Breakfast was great, lots to choose from (cold/continental food only, not hot food/cooked breakfast). The room was an ok size for one night. Bathroom a bit small but again fine for one night. Staff were extremely helpful (not always the case!) and were very helpful with letting us keep our luggage after checkout until we returned to collect out bags before going to the airport.

Area/location not the nicest, wouldn't feel comfortable travelling alone. Shower temperamental (no plug to use for bath) going from cold to scalding hot, not ideal with a toddler.

It was decently located, close to train stations, the metro and buses. The room was nice and the breakfast was good.

The toilets were slightly old and could do with some renovating.

Close to Paris East station with plenty of shops around. Good breakfast, kind receptionist.

Very small single room, but the bed is ample and comfortable.

Great location if you need to use public transport, close to the train and metro station.

The breakfast was organised very poorly, we had to wait on cups for drinks, plates and cutlery..
