About

Sheltered from the rhythm of exhibitions and business gatherings at Porte de Versailles, Hôtel Vise Versa is conceived as a contemporary haven of calm. Behind its concrete and glass façade, the atmosphere softens into a quiet whisper. Layers of colored transparency drift like delicate veils, gentle gradients soothe the eye, and warm honey-toned wood filters the light. Every detail is designed around transitions, subtle boundaries and moments to breathe, inviting both body and mind to slow down. Guests are invited to the bed shaped like a lollipop or to the room with the butterfly wallpaper. A flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi access are included. A mini-bar is provided in every room and guests can request a continental breakfast that can be brought to your room at an additional cost. The hotel is located 1640 feet from Convention Metro Station which provides direct access to the Champs Elysées and Saint Lazare Train Station.

    • The room was great. Comfy bed and very clean. Staff was extremely kind and helpful.
    • The hotel was as described- fun and imaginative as a themed hotel. The staff was wonderful and I felt very comfortable there. The room was clean and quiet, and thoughtfully designed.

    Cons -

    • There was no hot water in my room. Shower got cool at best. The hotel is on the outskirts & very residential area, which has its pluses and minuses. Everything is a minimum of 1.5 miles away.
    • The breakfast was a bit expensive at 20 euros.
    • The room was small and when I requested a room with a bathtub they said I has to pay more

Location was great. Nice clean and bright entryway, common area and breakfast room. We booked 3 rooms. The rooms were very varied depending on the theme. One was very dark in hues of brown and black, one was red and black and one nice and light.

One of the rooms had a shower full of mold. We requested that they clean the bathroom one morning when we headed out for the day but came back at the end of the day to find the same mold. Rooms were on the small side but with all necessary amenities.

I have stated at the hotel several times while attending Expos at Porte de Versailles . The hotel is superbly located , close to the Expo, Metro and central Paris . The rooms are quirky and an experience not to be missed. It is also very affordable. The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly during my stay and everything to make my stay most pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel .

    I couldn’t fault it

Location was convenient to the metro and in a quiet area. Easy access via public transport or Uber to many sites. Extremely comfortable beds and very friendly and helpful staff. Clean towels and room service every day

Small rooms and not a lot of storage space but amazing value for money in Paris!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms are beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. All the services were at a true 4-star level. The value for money is excellent, exactly what you would expect. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return!

A very beautiful hotel. The design and style are top-notch. Very warm and clean. We stayed for three nights and the staff changed, but everyone was very polite and friendly. The room has everything! A coffee machine, a refrigerator, and all the amenities. Our room was cleaned every day, the beds were made, and the towels were changed! Breakfast costs 20 euros, but it was very varied and worth the money. And the one-hour free sauna simply won me over))) The sauna closes, and no one will disturb you. The elevator goes right to the sauna. I fell in love with this hotel. It's 5 minutes to the metro, both to and from the other station. The transportation is very convenient. There's a large supermarket and other shops nearby. Thank you for creating such comfort! Not all hotels can do that.

When I was choosing a hotel, I read all the negative reviews, and after three wonderful days there, I didn't see anything negative about them. Negative reviews are not true.

The kindness of the staff. The quality of the toiletries and decoration. Good breakfast.

    Price

Room was super basic, TV did not have option to connect to OTT providers which is standard by now, hardly a desk to speak of, not even an office desk chair, had to work from bed. The climate control did not seem to work which made the room stuffy, water pressure in shower was poor, poor amenities

    10MichałPosted on: 10-11-2025

Small but very well designed and arranged room with comfortable beds, a wardrobe, small table with a chair - all these were nice additions. Large bathroom with a shower. Everything was perfectly clean. Really good breakfast, very nice and friendly personel. Good neighbourhoods and proximity to the metro is a plus.

    1VaijayantiPosted on: 10-5-2025

The staff was cordial. The room was tiny - barely 13 sq m, (very very cramped and almost no space to move around the bed) for a huge sum of money 268€ per night. The breakfast room is so cramped that two persons cannot pass each other in the service space. The decor of the room was horrible dark brick that made you feel you were in prison. Whoever designed this dreadful hotel needs to have their head examined. This hotel is a rip off.

Very cramped conditions. Very ugly decor.

room is quiet clean comfortable. reception friendly.

The staff are exceptional at this hotel. We had several issues come up during our stay, including a medical problem and a logistical problem, the staff have been kind, attentive, and have absolutely gone out of their way to help at every turn. It’s a level of service I have rarely seen. Bravo especially to Susan at reception who helped with a phone left in an Uber. The small hotel is close to the conference centre and has many small shops for snacks, fruit cheese, and bread as well as several small restaurants. It’s a short walk to the metro.

It was different to other places. It was a good location as it was quiet, good value for money and very clean. Reception staff were available and helpful. The huge park located behind the property was extremely useful travelling with a child.

    Nothing comes to mind.

    7DanielPosted on: 8-4-2025

    Clean, well presented, modern

Basin’s too small. No bedside tables. Stuff weren’t always behind the reception desk. Iron spat out brown water (hadn’t been cleaned.)

Ms Roset is so kind and great to speak to. Probably the best about this hotel after the Steam room.

Unfortunately, the Steam room was out of order because some guests flushed some wipes down the WC, therefore, causing pipe issues. I wonder why people do these things … Not the hotel s fault, of course.

    9HiuhuPosted on: 6-5-2025

Ideal rooms in an ideal location—just minutes from the Metro station. The staff were helpful and made the stay even better.

Everything about our stay was perfect—except that there were no blinds on the front-facing windows. Aside from that, we had a great experience.
