    Pros +

    • It’s near the metro station and the staff are very nice and helpful.
    • A remarkably good hotel, with pleasant clean well-maintained rooms, smartly designed with real materials like wooden floors, cotton bedcovers, linen curtains and real paintings. In a very nice, easily accessible neighborhood. Very friendly staff, the boss is also quite personable. I recommend the french breakfast which they bring to your room.
    • We had a very nice stay at Naudad. The rooms are not anything super special, but it comes with a bed and a bathroom which is all that we needed for the weekend. The service was excellent, we let them know our flight was delayed and they provided directions for how to check-in after hours. Communication was swift and easy. The location was perfect for us as our friends live in the area and were getting married close by. If you don't need a ton of space, won't be spending much time in the room, but want to stay in a great neighborhood, it will fit your needs. They also offer breakfast for a fee.

    Cons -

    • It was very far from the various attractions in Paris. Wish we would have chosen something closer to the city. Had to take taxi's to & from the train station and again after the Eifel Tower closed as the subways were already closed.
    • It was always very cold in our room
    • Hopefully, this hotel will not follow the usual Parisian template of good prices under new ownership, but much higher prices a few months later?

Good value for money. Comfortable bed, clean , friendly reception staff who stayed late to wait for me to arrive.

    Bathroom was a bit tired.

We liked very much the friendly stuff, the room was enough big (for Paris), very good and clean bathroom. Location is very close to the Pere Lachaise cemetery, which is great to walk around. There are many nice places to have breakfast or lunch close to the hotel.

Pillows were not very comfortable. The rest was just right.

Great hotel for the price! Very clean and nice facilities. Cute neighborhood close to the metro. Friendly and welcoming staff.

The walls were very thin so easy to hear neighbors, remember to bring earplugs! Also, the switch for the fan was painted over and unable to be turned on.

Room on the sixth floor with a view of Paris — I could see the Eiffel Tower and La Défense. For one night, the space is ideal: very comfortable bed, clean room, and excellent shower.

Easy to find and access, friendly staff, really clean room, storage space.

    Better pillows needed.

Really nice location near Père-Lachaise cemetery. Plenty of stuff to see around the neighborhood. Staff were very nice. Shower was clean with very hot water. Bed was pretty comfortable. The breakfast is not free but is reasonably priced and quite tasty. The breakfast is brought to your door and they take your trash from outside your door which is very nice.

One type of soap for all purposes. This combination shampoo/body wash was provided for both the sink and shower. It worked well enough but I would’ve preferred real shampoo and hand soap. Only two pillows on the bed which is fine for one person but if two share a room you may want for more pillows.

We love that the hotel was small and located in an old building in a residential area of the city. It didn't feel touristy at all. The staff were very friendly and kind - they even upgraded our room and moved our luggage for us while we were out of town.

The layout of the bathroom was very odd. There was a narrow opening between the shower and the wall that we had to squeeze through to reach the toilet. It would be better to have the toilet where the bidet is and vice versa. The towels are also pretty old, threadbare, and thin - they would benefit from being replaced.

The staff were very obliging and courteous. It was quiet and only a few minutes walk from a metro station. There were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

    9JanePosted on: 9-21-2025

The breakfast of croisants, bread, jam, yoghurt, orange juice, coffee and tea delivered to our room at a time of our choosing! The room was basic but adequate and the bathroom was spacious. It was all very clean. The location is in a very nice part of Paris. The staff were very friendly.

The noise from the road outside which meant shutting the very efficient double glazed windows on a very warm night.

Omg the staff are super amazing especially the guy at the front desk.

The space was too small compared to what I saw on the picture. Overall everything was good

I recently spent 10 days at the Hôtel Nadaud and I must say I could not have been any happier! It’s a small budget boutique hotel with a big heart

Incredible view. Cute and comfortable rooms. Very friendly staff with good English. Excellent location on the metro and good bus lines. Fast to get to everything.

    I liked everything

The room was so lightly with a beautifull art picture above my head. The stuff was extremely nice. And, after a good sleep, a hot authentic french breakfast... I recomend strongly.

This place is such a great value for money. I stayed for two nights and the beds were comfortable, and pillows and sheets were great. I was in Paris for a weekend with friends so didn't need anything fancy or big, and this lovely little hotel we perfectly what I needed.

    6MichelangeloPosted on: 7-12-2025

I love the neighborhood and the proximity to the Père Lachaise.

The room was not equipped for hot weather: just one small, poorly functioning fan, in a room exposed to the sun all day.
