Hotel Lulu Paris

Room had A/C which on a hot Paris night was important. Our room was bigger than expected. Maybe we were upgraded. Staff was friendly when we checked in and spoke reasonable English. Location is a block from the RER B line. Easy to get to/from CDG

Staff was so helpful - and spoke English. While the room was small, it was clean and worked for the limited time we spent in it. Location was great. We walked a lot but only had to take a taxi to/from airport.

The street outside could be loud but it didn’t impact our sleep.

Location:. Around the corner to Luxembourg Gardens and RER B train station (straight to the airport) at the end of the block. I loved the drapes on the huge window, very Parisian. And the window overlooked Blvd Montparnasse. Wifi included and very good

The location of the hotel was in a good spot, it's is in a good walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff was very helpful with our questions and with anything else that we needed.

During our stay at the hotel my wife and I had our do not disturb sign on our door while we were out exploring. My wife and I can back to drop some things off and the front desk did not have our key as they were in our room painting the walls.

This is a hostel not a hotel. I don't know how they got a 3* rating as a hotel.

Great location and friendly staff, rooms are neat and clean with good sized shower.

Quite noisy and the seperate toilet room is very very small.

The chair at the shower in the disability room is located a bit too high. Also for the room at RDC, in the morning the noises from the corridor are a bit annoying.

I booked two rooms, one for my parents, other for my family with a 2 years old child. And we had a really great experience here. The staff was very kind and helpful. They were very attentive. The rooms were very clean and they were quite good in size. We had a crib - provided by the hotel- in one of the rooms and it was still okey to move around. The weather was quite awful with very low temperatures at the time, but we haven't notice any cold..rooms were warm all day and night. The location was great, many restaurants around, and also very close to main touristic locations. I could say that it is very family friendly hotel but also really nice option for couples.

Rooms were quiet small, the elevator was extremely small. A couple with suitcases have to take rounds to use the elevator.

Location was great! Staff were super friendly and accommodating.

Room size was small, shower a little difficult to mount/keep in place on the wall.

Clean and good standard. Very easy to find your way to the hotel when arriving by RER train to Port Royal station. Then there is a direct bus to Eiffel and 13th Arrondissement if you like to go there to eat Vietnamese food! Very helpful staff. They helped me to print out a document I forgot to print out at home. Thank you very much!

I was disappointed with the booking. Com customer service as they did not help me to get my free taxi ride sorted which was part of the deal. The safe wasn't working, however, Mart had sorted this by changing the batteries.

Close to everything, nice walks to city centre, close to some metro stations, close to restaurants, comfy room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, everyday cleaning, nice and kind staff, enough breakfast options. We really enjoyed staying here!

That the aircon didn’t work? No cooling just heating. But the rooms got quite hot at night and it was too loud to leave the window open.

The decor is a little off-beat and fun. The bed was really comfortable. Loved that the windows opened and we could have fresh air. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The tub/shower is small. My husband had a really hard time keeping the water in the shower. And I couldn't see in the bathroom mirror -- it is too high for petite people.

Most of the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious and clean, and the lobby had a pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is in a relatively quiet yet convenient area, close to the RER B and Metro 4 stations. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was satisfactory. Breakfast offered a nice selection of desserts and pastries, though the coffee could be better. Compared to average hotels in Paris, perhaps it's quieter and roomier to stay here.

The Wi-Fi didn’t work with my VPN, and since it’s a public network, I was hesitant to access my banking or credit card pages. Most of the staff were very kind and helpful, but one of the newer employees displayed a somewhat discriminatory attitude — not openly hostile, but rather condescending. The elevator is extremely small, walls are thin, and the breakfast coffee comes from a basic home coffee machine. Probably not the best value for money in Montparnasse area.
