Pros +
- Location!!!!
- Everything about this place was lovely. The folks were so helpful, the location absolutely phenomenal, just a block and a half from the cathedral and so many restaurants and coffee shops in walkable distance. I will definitely stay there next time I go to paris.
- The hotel was in a really great location for exploring the city. Many great restuarants and cafes nearby
Cons -
- Shower/tub was awkward. The bed for two was two smaller beds that were made up separately, so they kept pulling apart. Room was adequate overall but not what we would hope for, with a three star.
- There was not anything that I did not care for. Everything was great
- The room was really small

The room was really small
Amazing proximity to Notre Dame! Staff is wonderful, welcoming, and very attentive. Street is quiet and steps away from all the action but felt like a quiet corner of a busy neighborhood. Nice sized room and comfortable. Loved the exposed rocks on the bathroom wall.
The WC was a little too small and the shower was a little humbling for two Americans who are used to a traditional overhead shower head, but both were functional.
Bad wifi. room's bed with bedbug, small toilet. Doesn't tally with the price.
Bad wifi. Room's bed with bedbug. The toilet size is too small.
We liked the location of the hotel. Two blocks away from the river and Notre Dame cathedral and a block away from the metro. Also, on our street there was the award-winning La Maison d’Isabella, cheese and charcuterie shops, and a couple of good asian restaurants.
Our main criticism of the hotel is that it was very small for the price. Yes, it is common that hotel rooms are small in Paris, but regardless - it detracts from the tourist experience when me and my Wife have to carefully step around our open suitcases (like an obstacle course) just to go to the bathroom. It was basically a single bedroom with a tub and toilet crammed in there. The heating did not work and the staff was cold and apathetic. The room phone did not work. Every time we left the hotel, we had to surrender our key to the front desk. When I asked why, the staff acted surprised. I said, that I have never seen this protocol practiced in any other hotel - she unapologetically said “well, this is France...”. We are not going to that hotel again - and sooner or later, tourists will start to expect more for their money - even if it is Paris. Retain all the things the world loves about France but adapt to a changing world.
The location was fantastic—it's truly what makes this hotel shine! Being so central made everything incredibly convenient and practical for exploring the city. The staff were wonderful; they were kind, and their ability to speak English made check-in and asking for directions seamless. As is common in older European city hotels, the room was a little on the smaller side, and the corridor was quite narrow, with a tiny elevator. However, these size constraints are completely understandable for a property in such an unbeatable location. It's a small trade-off for the convenience.
The location was amazing. The staff were super nice and supportive
The room was a little bit small, but as we only had to sleep there, it was fine.

Cramped room and access
staff, location
room size is small but didn't spend much time inside
location pretty good. room is clean and bigger than I expected. Bathroom has no shower curtain , no anywhere can hang towel, no tissue holder.
There is no water kettle or coffee maker in the room, which is not quite convenient.
Good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Updated furnishings. Very close to public transportation. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants.
The bathroom toilet area was very small. The room was small and had one small closet for storage. Ice was scarce. To be fair, I got the impression that this is a Paris thing and not specific to this hotel.
I left a day early knowing I couldn't get my money back and switched to a different hotel.
Felt like a stay in my grandma's attic. Hotel needs a major update.
room had a view of the top of Notre Dame from our window which was special. Small in size but very comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday. Great location to walk anywhere
Small closet and nowhere to unpack and store suitcases. Would probably be best if you are traveling with small carryon. We were a month in our travels and had larger suitcases. Shower/tub had handheld shower spray that was at faucet level and the area had no curtain so it was tricky to use the shower spray and not get the floor wet.
The hotel has a great location, the staff were friendly, and the room was clean, well-organized, and had everything I needed.
The walls are very thin, and it was hard to sleep because we could hear everything from the room across the hall.
The room was very cute! The staff were friendly. Had a fully closing shower enclosure and good water pressure.
Not enough hooks. Lighting flickered a lot making bathroom mirror hard to use.
Great location! Small but nice rooms. Clean.
The wifi was impossible. We had to put our phones out of the window or go outside to make a call. The front desk suggested I use the code and did not understand that a phone call should not require this. They should invest in a booster.
The location was great. Walk to places. The rooms are nice and clean. Definitely plus that they have AC
The rooms are a bit small, so pack accordingly. Additionally, some rooms are for couples only- as in the bathroom does not have a door. This gets tricky if you have kids.
The bed was a good size and the A/C worked well. No problems going up and down with the elevator. Room was well kept. Lots of places to plug-in and WiFi was reliable. There is a tax stand around the corner, restaurants are all around. The Monoprix (supermarket) is a short walk a few blocks away. Notre-Dame Cathedral is right across the bridge. The front desk is always manned.
The toilet was a bit narrow and there was no room to hold tp other than the shelf behind you. My obese frame was a tight fit.
Location was perfect. Our room was quiet. We took advantage of the breakfast which was excellent. We usually go out of a hotel for breakfast but there is no reason to: the breakfast is perfect and well-priced. We would stay there again without any hesitation.
