    • The place was charming, the neighborhood was quiet but adjacent to many restaurants and a beautiful canal. The hotel restaurant was a very lovely bistro with above average food. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.
    • Loved my stay here! The area was quiet and safe and the staff were exceptionally kind. The rooms are small but cute; it sort of felt like staying in a room at your great-grandmother's, very cozy. I liked the L'Occitane products in the bathroom. The hotel is close to two different train stations - you can take the RER line directly from Charles de Gaulle airport to here in one straight shot (about 40ish minutes, one way ticket is €13). The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk away from Gare le Nord. Very easy to get on the metro from this location, there are a few lines nearby. Getting from the hotel to the center of Paris is about 25-40 minutes via metro depending on where you want to go.Everything you need is closeby - restaurants, grocery, etc. Breakfast in the AMs was wonderful.I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend.
    • This is an exceptional hotel with an exceptional staff. The room was nicely appointed, the bed was comfortable, and we had a spacious bathroom. We enjoyed the L'Occitane bath products as well as the Nespresso machine in the room. The restaurant is stellar. We dined here two consecutive nights for dinner because the meals were incredibly delicious, and the waitstaff was friendly and welcoming. We will definitely stay at Le Robinet again.

    Cons -

    • The room was on the small side but not unexpectedly. Still charming.
    • We loved everything!
    • The bed was a bit too hard for us, but that is a matter of taste.

The hotel is a great find for the price, we will certainly book there again. It is in a nice neighborhood near the Canal St. Martin and close to metro and train station. Lots of café's and restaurants around there as well. Our room was relatively small (Paris size) but comfortable and spotless and the hotel decor is nice. They clearly made an effort in every way. The hotel and restaurant staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, especially Hayet! We had dinner at the hotel three times and the food, typical bistro fare, was excellent and not very expensive.

The bed was a bit too hard for us, but that is a matter of taste.

I enjoyed everything about my room. It was charming, clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was welcoming, helpful and thoughtful. I would stay here again.

No elevator. That was not a problem for me (I didn’t have much luggage and the man at reception immediately helped me with my carry-on and large purse without my even asking) but access to the room could be difficult for some.

I loved the room's design! Spacious with many thoughtful areas to store items. Having a desk and fridge was great. The location was amazing. Lovely to walk next to the canals. Cleaning service was great! WIFI is very strong - had no problems taking my work calls.

Can’t think of anything. Excellent excellent stag in hotel and restaurant. Lunch the best scallops I’ve ever had! Only problem was our stay was too short.

Maitre d was really helpful and friendly, apartment upgrade was a pleasant surprise, everywhere smelled clean and looked well cared for, lots of nice touches in the room

Location is great, good bar and restaurant and lovely staff!

Room only had one small window in the bedroom and the skylights were blacked out. Our room didn’t have the nice interior design like the photos.

For us it was a great location..quiet and away from the hustle bustle.Rooms cleaned daily which was lovely. Good restaurant attached but so many others in the area. And only about a 10min walk away from Gard de Nord.Highly recommended

Nothing really but you just need to be aware of the stairs, which is common place in Paris.

    10BelindaPosted on: 9-23-2025

Everything was perfect. The staff was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. The location was close enough to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was excellent! We would go back if we were in Paris longer.

    10ChristinePosted on: 9-23-2025

Liked the charm of the place. Staff were wonderful, the rooms were lovely, though a little dark (could use a little more light.

    10CarolynPosted on: 9-21-2025

The staff was very nice and upgraded my room. More coffee pods than usual and some cookies, etc.

Such a wonderful little boutique hotel! Great location by the canal and walking distance from many different metro entrances depending on where you want to go! The restaurant attached the hotel is also super good, we had dinner and breakfast there and the food was great, you can tell the locals like it as well as we felt there were more locals than foreigners sitting there. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and everything went really smoothly

The room were even tinier than we thought, but that's alright for a few nights as a couple.

Amazing staff stayed a few days ago and when passing back through had a train ? situation so booked here again and once again highly recommend. Staff, clean room, and great restaurant!

Beautiful rooms - well appointed and lovely building with bar and restaurant below. Gorgeous courtyard views and street views - just 1 block from the canal

We didn’t mind - but like MANY small French hotels there are stairs BUT the staff is quick yo help you get your bags upstairs
