Family suite is large enough compared to other European hotel brands. Staffs can somehow manage to understand your needs with their limited English conversation.

It’s not truly a 4-star hotel, which is a pity because it is actually a beautiful hotel. There are no room slippers, the fridge is empty, and yet they still ask for a deposit. The reception staff seemed lost, as if they had all started working there just a day ago.The biggest downside was the HEATING in the room. They kept mentioning some government regulation, but it was warmer in the hallway than in the room, and even at the reception—where the door keeps opening—it was warmer. Even though I reported the issue, they did not adjust the temperature, so we had to stay dressed in sweaters. Only after persistent requests the following evening did we manage to have a decent temperature in the room
The location
Both myself and my cousin had an accident in the shower where we both fall and hurt our toes was reported and nothing happen . The shower is unsafe I took a video of proof what needs to be fix , in the shower the whole where the water runs out the sliver covering isn’t surely placed so it moves and comes out of place and that cause me to slip and hurt my toes .
Breakfast was excellent. Special thanks goes to Samuel for making my Son's birthday a memorable one. He went beyond the call of duty
The gym had only one cup for water. I had to sky the water from the same cup. It might be an oversight or because I chose to use the gym late
