M Social Hotel Paris

The location is great, the lobby is cute, the rooms are big for Parisian standards.

Had to change rooms three times, once for a leak in the shower and once for construction, which was not ideal.

Hotel had an air conditioner

The $--- Grande Signature room, despite advertising to have the view of Montmartre and Sacré-C¿ur, had a view of a wall with zero sunlight. The room also is connected with trash chute with constant unbearable noise. Windows broken and mold everywhere

Great location. Hotel manager was extremely kind. Staff checked up on us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Room service breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location on Blvd Haussmann. Room very shabby with an awful old dirty carpet.

Bathroom had a tub with high sides that you had to climb over to shower -- very awkward to use. Room was dark with no mirror that was lit to do makeup or shave.

The staff was very friendly and helpful , the buffet breakfast was plentiful .

The hotel shows wear and tear in all areas including the rooms. The lighting in the room was inadequate, no bed table on one side, no reading light. the location was not ideal , a little too far from the Dept stores ( on the same boulevard ).

Lovely hotel in centre of Paris within walking distance to attractions and easy access to transport links. The staff were very friendly and gave recommendations as well as making sure we were comfortable. Spacious room with a lovely bathroom.

The room was very warm and air conditioning a slow worker, but this was only a very minor thing as we very much enjoyed our stay!

Some of the staff of the front desk were not cooperative about matters we complained about. We were checking out at 7 am and there was not anyone help us with our luggage.The bathtub were floating

I liked location

Today i called to room service and asked help for to carry my baggage . And i explained i had a surgery . They denied rudely . Stuff name was Zylane I told him i will write to Booking.com and he said do whatever you want .He even did not try to explain me that there is no one . And in the lobby also he also did not help me . So pity . Such a location but poor stuff. i dont think i will stay again

There is no insulation between the rooms and the street either, and the bed is extremely uncomfortable.

There was great selection at breakfast and fresh food. It was nice to sit in the lobby area, comfortable. The location is perfect.

Provide a detailed description of what the city tax is upon prior booking, and when offering deals on room upgrades highlight that the price is per night.

Very comfortable and beautiful hotel,rooms are nicely decorated and clean, easy access to shopping.

Room doors are slightly heavy and needed a little extra effort to close.

The staff were helpful and courteous.

The space is tight and bit high .Could be dangerous for folks with poor balance or mobility issues.

The breakfast had a very good selection, there was enough of everything and the service was very pleasant.The location was great, attractions, shops and entertainment were all very close.

There are no shortcomings to point out, I was very satisfied with everything.

The location is perfect and room size was good

No water for drinking you should buy from outside or use the floor water dispenser

The cleaning staff were great, decent sized rooms for Paris. Great location.

Most of the staff were quite rude, some were very lovely. We found the service very slow, normally you needed to search to find someone from the bar to order a drink. The elevators were impossible, almost always broken down.

The room was big and comfortable and had all amenities!

Everything was excellent as well as it staff . The location superb !!!
