Exceptional value for money - I booked well in advance. The bedding is incredibly clean and comfortable. There is a kettle whcih was appreciated.

Location is a little boring but suited my business meetings honestly.Only downside is: I heard the room next door when they showered in the morning (bad plumbing I guess) and when the doors opened and closed.

The staff are nice, very accommodating. They help us booked our taxi going to the airport. The room are clean and presentable.

The room was big, clean and quiet. I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay there. I chose not to have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. The staff were all very helpful. I had a small problem with the hot water which was fixed immediately.

There is nothing for me to note here. Everything was fine.

Over all it was a comfortable apartment and good location.

During the stay, the reception was under renovation. I reached the hotel by 10:00 am but there was early check in possible nor there was any place to sit since the hotel is under renovation. I suggest the booking.com should inform the guest about the renovation and any other issues prior to the payment and not after the booking.

Comfortable, clean room and quiet neighbourhood, Location is perfect as it's only 3 mins walk to Olympiads underground station which is 4 stops away for the center (Chatelet)

I like that the room was clean and the staffs were so friendly and helpful.

No lift for 2 floors so it is very difficult for lady or elderly or families to go as the stairs is not a short one but a long one

Easy to check in, clean spacious room. Good value for money for a short stay. Convenient location close to Olympiades on the metro 14. Friendly staff.

Some electric sockets in the room didn't work, and there was no hot water in the shower.

The staff were very helpful and efficient. We loved our room because it was cozy and comfortable.

There was an ongoing renovation and one elevator was not working, but that was OK with us because we were informed before our stay.

As someone who wanted to be close to metro line 14, the location was good. But the whole experience, it wasn’t worth it to be picked only for the location.

There was no hot water for the shower. I tried to call the reception but they didn’t pick up. There was a lot of noise behind my door. The was construction on the first and second floor so I had to carry my heavy luggage up to the third floor. Wet bad experience.

It's near the metro station within few minutes' walk, and the price is acceptable.

The room is too small, especially the bathroom. It's not soundproof, and there was even constant strange noise from the wall and the ceiling during the midnight. The shower head was leaking, which also made some noise. The staff were not very friendly and a bit impatient.

Hotel was being restored during my stay so had to access room via a back entrance and no breakfast available , excellent air con in the room which was also a good size
