    • Friendly helpful staff
    • What a gorgeous boutique hotel!! We stayed for two nights in a superior room which had everything we needed, the bathroom was small but very clean and modern. The shower was amazing!! The staff on reception were very friendly and helpful, thank you for your recommendation of a restaurant nearby which had delicious French cuisine.(L'Arc Brasserie). We had breakfast both mornings in the hotel, which had all the usual choices for a continental breakfast. One fantastic waiter (sorry I didn't get your name) showed me the selection of teas available to ensure that he served me the correct one, which I really appreciated. Thank you!I would highly recommend staying in The Star Champs Elysees, if coming to Paris. Looking forward to our next trip already.
    • Location

    Cons -

    • Rooms are horrifying and prison like. Truly depressing shoeboxes.
    • The only negative was that the hot food at the buffet wasn't very hot! But all other food was delicious
    • Rooms where small, couldn’t get upgraded. Staff were ok but not something to be happy about leaving Paris about, other than that all good

The bed, pillows and linens were amazing. Location for holidays. Fringe of local restaurants but easy access to main routes, activities and sites. Staff was so friendly and helpful, especially the evening staff. Breakfast has lots of options. Housekeeping staff works so hard; the rooms/halls were spotless.

The shower setup floods into bedroom with no lips or seals, especially since bed almost touches shower wall. Bring ear plugs if light sleeper as sound proofing is as expected in old buildings. Staff seemed to struggle with booking spa services, saying it was available but then not being able to complete bookings. Breakfast area is too cramped for table sizes, and breakfast items aren’t replenished. You can’t get around tables/people to the reach the food, and not enough places for those who booked breakfast to even sit.

Wonderful stay! Very clean, good facilities

No dressing gowns or slippers in the rooms, made it difficult to go down to the spa

The hotel is practical. Well located.

Tiny room. Had construction outside my door. No one able to advise me on this. Didn’t get reimbursed for the inconvenience.

    Good breakfast and great location.

The rooms are too small. Not appropriate for families. We booked 3 rooms. No spacious common area to sit together with the family.

The staff are very friendly and helpful The location is very close to the champs eleysse street as well as the Main Street which has all the facilities

The room rate was very high

There was coffee everyday in the hotel room that you can make, the hotelroom gets cleaned every day (you get an card and you can say if you want it cleaned or not). Staff was really friendly, buffet was extremely pleasant food and bread is fresh and also warm food. The pool is nice, has an shower for afterwards with bathrobes towels and flipflpos.

Location was excellent. Staff very friendly . Close to L' arc. Close to loads of shops ,cafes and restaurants .

Rooms were too small. You could hear people from your room. Nowhere to put your shower gel in the shower.

    7MahereenPosted on: 12-18-2025

The location of the hotel is immaculate. Very close to Arc de Triomphe and good transport links around.

The breakfast quality was poor. Not a lot of options at all. The staff did not replenish the food unless asked and a lot of the cooked food was cold.

    7RochellePosted on: 12-16-2025

Very good location and bed very comfortable.

Very dusty, walls extremely thin could hear everything.

    4ElodiePosted on: 12-8-2025

The swimming pool and the bed comfort.

The check-in was not available until 2pm and we just arrived from international flight with 2 small babies,1 year old and 3 years. We asked them if the kids could take a shower somewhere, it seems impossible even if the shower spa was available, they were quite rude. Once we came back, they were asking us to pay the city tax right now, my son of 1 year old exhausted was crying. I was asking the receptionist if I can come back in 30min once I have put him in the room and calm down, and he urged me to pay right now, even if we paid already the room of 450 euros a night. I couldnt understand how they couldn't wait 30min for me to come back. I really do not recommend it to any family who is staying in Paris, do not stay here they are very very rude and not accommodating, which is insane for a 4 star hotel :(
