    Pros +

    • The only thing we liked about this hotel was the price and location.
    • Very convenient location. Nice and helpful staff.
    • Location was perfect for being new to Paris. The hotel was very helpful

    Cons -

    • The hotels wall as are paper thin, and you can hear absolutely everything going on out in the street all throughout the night. It was absolutely unbearable and we did not get any sleep for the 4 nights we stayed. The breakfast was also way too expensive.
    • Shower does have water leaking due to bad design. Trash with foot pedal, but it does not work. People come in anyway even with "do not disturb" sign hanging. They charged me --- euro for two persons & 3 nights.
    • Breakfast was bad and overpriced.

    The location

The bathroom was too small. The water leaked onto the floor and the shower floor was uneven. There were no shelves in the shower to put soap and shampoo on. You had to put everything on the floor. Sink area had no room. You could hear in the rooms next door.

For me the price was high compare to the over all facilities and services. Moreover, I have booked a crib for my 18 month daughter, but they did not check the booking and of course no crib was ready. At first, the receptionist told me that I did not book, then she checked the booking again and she saw it was there, she just said sorry that her colleague did not see and they did not have any crib available now. If someone has a small child like that will understand how inconvenient if you have your child in the bed without any protection. That means whole night we couldn't sleep well because we were worry that the child could fall from the bed.

Breakfast was 42 euros for packaged garbage. We passed on that.

Pull out couch was a thin mattress and a lot of wood slats underneath. Would not call that a bed.

Convenient location. Clean, room warm and quiet.

Knowing that hotel rooms in Paris are either tiny or overpriced, this seemed to be a good solution. The hotel is extremely well located in the center of the city.

It is a nicely refurbished hotel - the problem is that it is not well maintained, we had a light switch fixed with some clear office tape in our room

Great location for Louvre, Notre Dame, restaurants, shopping

Tiny room - Cramped bathroom and no space to hang clothes but not a problem for a short stay.

Perfect location for a trip to Paris with easy access to everything we needed

The hotel and room could do with some modernising. It was a family room with a bath but would have liked a walk in shower. Decor needs modernising but good for our needs

    3LauraPosted on: 10-27-2025

    Bad. Wouldn’t stay again.

Breakfast was so bad. Coffee machine wasn’t working. Didn’t feel clean/hygenic at all.

Great location. Close to a lot of spots.

There were definitely some flaws. For example the lights didnt work so they had to come fix it. Apparently there was some water leakage happening underneath. Room was not worth what was paid for it.

    6GregoryPosted on: 10-2-2025

Hotel location is as good as can be. It is close to the metro, within walking distance of all the key sites and close to shops and restaurants.

The hotel sent numerous emails/surveys to touch base and ask about needs and requirements. However, despite engaging with this and filling them out, nothing was responded to or actioned. So it is a total waste of time. Suggest just dropping this initiative if nothing comes from it anyway. The shower/bath is a small bath with a handshower only (no fixed mount at head height) and a very restricted headspace for standing (6th floor room).

    Good location

The staff was very rude , we had inconvenient with the entry card holder as it was broken so the light of the room wouldn’t turn on , they couldn’t fix it, they didn’t want to change our room and for an entire day tried to fix it and couldn’t so ended up putting tape on it and it kept turning on and of, which was very uncomfortable but most of all the concierge was extremely rude, and unhelpful and kept arguing that she couldn’t do anything about it and for us not to talk her because that was time wasted instead of spending that time taping down the thing.

Quite and in the middle of all the sight seeing locations. Close to restaurants and very well situated .

The property was fine, the shower in our room was old and rusty and the bed was very hard from what we are used to . Those would be my only two comments.
