Pros +
- the staff are really wonderful, just so helpful and sweet and genuinely wanting to be helpful. The two ladies I dealt with were just really great. Room was clean and nice looking. Bathroom was really nice.
- The location is excellent, close to Montparnasse and many shops nearby. The suite is well-equipped (small fridge & microwave, coffee maker, dishes, iron, etc...). And the highlight: a delicious breakfast, with various goodies in a lovely basket! All the staff, in particular Farid and Youcef, was kind and very professional. Will be back there and recommend it for sure!
- We stayed in a lovely suite for our family of four on the bottom floor. We had ample room, it was clean, comfortable, and felt very Parisian. Breakfast was brought to our room each morning in a picnic basket with lots of fresh local treats (croissants, baguettes, yogurt, orange juice, pancakes, etc.) We were about a 10 minute walk to 2 different metro stations (Gaite and Denfert Rochereau) and could get anywhere in Paris in about 20 mins or so.
Cons -
- The wifi wouldn't work (the staff helped me, above & beyond, but they shouldn't have had to). The fan in the room was broken, and there is no air conditioning, so that was awful in summer. There was also a lamp that didn't work.
- No complaints, everything was great!
- The stairs need some refurbishing

Quiet in the heart of Paris Montparnasse
The stairs need some refurbishing
We had a junior suite, that was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was very good. The concierge Youcef was very communicative and very helpful.
We had to ask for more coffee
I had a wonderful time there! The employees are so nice and sweet. The room was very clean and comfortable. This is the best hotel I stayed when I travel France!
Well placed, good access to the train and bus system. Staff = 10, very nice and efficient people.
Bed was upstairs in a mezzanine not so easy to reach.
We had travelled from the Italian alps. The weather conditions slowed is down, but the staff kept in contact which assured us. When we arrived, all had closed but the gentleman manning the reception let us in and gave us an up graded room with it being so late. The whole family had an amazing time to round off the such an outstanding holiday
The amenities, the building, the location, the cost. All this overshadowed any minor downside whilst staying here. The kids were so excited for the sauna and hottub. When we turned the jets debris was out with the flow. I happily ran the bath 4 times to get clear water and then let the kids shower before the sauna.
This is a quaint hotel with lots of charm. Its location is a good and so was the breakfast. The staff was very helpful.
There’s are no common areas so the breakfast is served in your room in a one-size-fits-all. That worked fine for me but I can imagine would like to enjoy a broader choice and select what to eat themselves. It would be nice with some common facilities such as a dining room.
The private little court yard and friendly staff.
The ladder up to the loft was a bit of a surprise but perhaps I did not read or see that. No matter, we were nimble and managed.

Quiet location with great facilities in room. Any small requests were sorted immediately.
Nothing really
Fraid was wonderful, very kind , helpfull and friendlyAlso the location was nice there was lots of bakery ,cafes and nice boutics arround
The bedroom was too small, but no matter
The accommodation is in a very sweet courtyard in a good area. The check-in process was straightforward with great communication from Akli. He had a small sitting room with bedroom and bathroom attached. Akli was also very helpful on our checkout – keeping luggage and arranging taxis for us overall, a good stay.
The bedroom was much smaller than the photos led us to believe and the bed was squashed against the wall on one side so no bedside table. The bathroom was also extremely small but worked fine. The quality of the furniture in the sitting room is very basic and the Roomzz are quite scruffy around the edges and could really do with repainting. Having stayed in Paris many times, I feel the accommodation needs to be upgraded to justify the cost.
If you’re after a private, apartment-style hotel, this is an excellent choice. The room was spotless on arrival, with fresh bedding and comfortable air conditioning. A real highlight was the breakfast, delivered to your door in a charming basket filled with plenty of bread, spreads, yoghurts, and juice. The staff were polite and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was calm and stress-free. It is the type of hotel for a tourist that spends most of their day exploring the city, who then knows they’ll return to a nice, clean room in a relatively safe location, wake up in the morning, have a great breakfast and head out again to enjoy the day! (The breakfast is also perfect to take as a mini packed lunch)Generally speaking, the hotel is very fuss-free and its location is particularly convenient, within easy reach of several train lines, including the well-known Line 6 that takes you directly to the Eiffel Tower. The surrounding neighbourhood feels safe and is dotted with lovely local cafés.If you’re looking for something functional as a tourist yet still stylish, not overly flashy but still pleasant, this hotel is a fantastic option. Will definitely be returning! The photos attached are of the 6-person apartment (ladder to the mini loft conversion included) and the local area.
Daily room service is not provided, which was fine; however, if it is of particular importance to you, I suggest you request it at reception. Due to the nature of the street and the tall buildings, and no fault of the hotel, the room received minimal sunlight.
We did not have breakfast we don't eat breakfast.
Allocation of room 3 stairs plus chamber not good a cess. The stairs too difficult to manoeuvre for us due to our age
Location, quiet neighbourhood, close enough to walk to many places, parking available
It was quite hot when we stayed and there was only one room fan for the space. We were sleeping in the bedroom and on the fold out couch so one fan wasn’t enough
The courtyard is charming, the hotel is in a great location and quiet, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. I appreciated that they brought my bag up the stairs and were always proactive in asking if we needed anything.
I had three main concerns:1. I did not realize that the stairs in the duplex room were steep, ladder stairs. The lights that automatically turn on when taking the stairs are good for safety, but it does mean that going to the bathroom at night is an expedition that involved lights on and is disruptive for the 2nd person sleeping. 2. It was a little warm in Paris, and while there is A/C on the main floor it does not blow in the upper sleeping loft. We were able to keep the loft cool by putting the A/C on max downstairs - but had the weather been hotter in Paris I fear the sleeping area would have been roasting. I would at least have fans upstairs to help direct the air up.3. While the room and kitchennette were comfortable, the hallway looked a little run down.
The location was wonderful, and the courtyard and room were quaint and well equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was charming in the basket, which we took to Luxembourg Gardens for a picnic.
It was a little warm, is all.
Restaurants, cafés, little shops are in the paralel street. There is a coffeemachine. The air condition works well. Clean.
The 18 m2 apartmant does not look like the pictures. I attach some pictures and let anyone decide wether it is a 4* apartment or not. The furnitures are battered or DIY, the wooden floor is squeaky, the headroom is limited and the apartment is located on the 2nd floor accessed via wooden spiral staircase. TV broadcast is noisy. Refridgerator too cold even on warmest setting.
