The Hotel was quirky and staff were great. We stayed in room 503 and found the small rooms a little too small. The hotel has some history and the floors and beams were equally not level including the bed. There was an annoying noise constantly coming from the bathroom all night. Lastly when asked if reception would book a taxi to the airport this came at an extra cost of nearly twenty euros above the standard set charge. We have visited paris many times and never been charged more for a simple telephone call. Would I stay again, maybe not ?

It was clean and fair price for the location. Staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice.

Noisy cleaners every morning with their cleaning equipment all over the place in the corridors made it look unpleasant and unprofessional

I loved the way the bathroom was decorated and reception and lounge area was also nicely decorated. Loved the L’occitane toiletries and the free mini bar drinks and snacks.

We were on the street side so could hear cars, people, and drilling near by

Overall, a very pleasant stay with every friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in a vibrant useful location for traversing to and from the main tourist destinations throughout the city.

On occasion the shower temperature would fluctuate from extreme cold to extreme heat. Furthermore, 24€ additional to the cost of the hotel for breakfast was a little overpriced for the options available. However, due to the issues with our shower the lady at the reception did compensate us with 2 breakfasts free of charge.

Room was clean, the shower was excellent, quite a few hotel have very poor showers. Staff very friendly and approachable, overall a nice stay.

Very minor issue, the room was on the small side, on the ground floor and a window that looked inwards. For my trip this wasn't an issue. If your looking for a more touristy trip this maybe a concern.

Location, warm welcome and helpful staff. At home feel

A very elegant hotel with a wonderful staff. The room was very nice and we both loved the age of and care given to the building. Easy walk to Metro. Many delightful restaurants in the near area.

Shower could use a door to keep water within the shower. This is often the case with many hotels. Half glass walls do not work well in my opinion.

The location

No sound insulation, no hot water in the bathrooms. Staff was not fast enough - could not solve problems and were could not communicate welll.

Small, quaint and decorated like you were in someone’s home. Room was quiet and perfect for one person.

The elevator didn’t reach the ground floor

This hotel was really cute. I loved the experience of staying here and it's a very lovely spot in the center of Paris. The rooms that we stayed in were quite small, but that was not a worry for us. The staff was really nice and was always trying to help with our requests. Loved the complimentary toiletries and mini snacks in the room. The cleaning was always impeccable also, and the hotel was located in a really amazing area. It was central but quiet, which allowed us to get to everything on foot.

The accessibility to the rooms might be hard if you have a lot of bags since you need to climb some stairs to access the small elevator that lead to the rooms. The breakfast area is cozy but does not offer a lot of options, and fried eggs are about 4 to 5€ extra, to the breakfast fee.

Very clean hotel and very friendly staff; our room had a big window which makes the room (although small) seem spacious. The hotel is super upfront about their room sizes, which is also very typical in Paris! I enjoyed my stay, and I will surely come back again.
