Very poor

We were locked in the elevator for 40 minutes they just offered us a bottle of water after the incident.

Great value, great location. Not far from 3 different metro stations. Plenty of restaurants close by and a supermarket a few doors away. Staff were very friendly. Downstairs area with free hot drinks was great.

Room was small but it’s a budget hotel and apart from sleeping, we weren’t in it that much.

The location was very good, close to monmatre. Close to a lot of metro stations and good bakeries

It was not a very comfortable stay. Woken up early by the contractions work taking place. The bathroom sink did not drain out water properly

They were accommodating with suitcases since we arrived early and then reached out as soon as room was ready which was earlier than the check in time. Front staff was friendly.

There was no heat while there in January. Needed to plug in a space heater. It was smaller than it appeared in pics. Shower and bathroom were tiny and parts of walls were chipped and cracked. Only got three bath towels no hand towels. The elevator was tiny and hard to maneuver in and out of with tiny stairs by it.

The bed was really comfortable and we found the location to be good and close to a metro station

Nice and tidy, just 7 minutes away from gare du nord, in a nice area. Really nice staff!

It is uphill so coming with heavy luggage by feet might be a little challenging, but it’s super doable and it’s worth the walk

The room and bathroom was spacious by Paris standard, beautiful balcony, staff helpful and friendly, good and clean facilities and free hot beverages. Close to Gar du Nord, great restaurants and markets.

This was not a fancy place but the price and description/reviews reflected that, was not expected

Very small room

Relatively central location and close to public transport stops and shops, but area didn’t feel 100% safe as a solo female traveller (of course that is through no fault of the hotel and more so just a location factor to consider). Comfortable clean room. 24 hour reception with lots of seating options and coffee machine available at small cost

Elevator is really awkward, you need to climb half a flight of stairs to get to the elevator, and when it stops, it stops almost between floors so you need to climb up or down another half flight of stairs to get to your room. Minorly annoying with luggage and not suitable to anyone with challenged mobility

Location and convince

Getting woken up at at 3am by the fire alarm. Cards to get into the room kept not working due to being close to MagSafe phones. The bathroom wasn’t clean very well, as I found shit on the tiles and requested the bathroom was cleaned again to find it still there after cleaners came in. I was pleased were allowed to change rooms after it was not cleaned.

The only positive thing is the location

My experience at this hotel was far below expectations. The building and the rooms feel small, outdated, and poorly maintained. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that there is little to no care put into the upkeep of the rooms.The bathroom smelled bad and clearly had not been properly cleaned, which made the stay uncomfortable. To make things worse, there were no clean towels provided, something that should be basic in any hotel.Another major issue is the lack of soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything happening in the other rooms, which makes it nearly impossible to rest.Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel. With proper cleaning, updates, and better room maintenance, it could improve, but in its current state, it is not worth the stay
