Very comfy, clean and spacious room for us. All the staff we met were polite, friendly and welcoming to us and our son. Location was just a short walk to the river batobus stop and a short walk to the metro too.

Clean and modern hotel within walking distance of Paris Gare de Lyon train station. We could store our luggage at the hotel after checkout, which was a bonus. Excellent facilities and service all throughout! Will definitely stay here again

The hotel is very well located close to the Gare de Lyon. Ideal access to the Metro and buses.It has many excellent restaurants nearby together with a Carrefour supermarket and bakers.The hotel has been updated and our Premium room was very stylishly decorated. In particular our bathroom was excellent.Bed was very large and comfortable.
We could have done with a small table in addition to the desk and it was a disappointing to need to request additional sachets of tea, coffee and milk each day.

Not enough lightning in the room
We stayed as a quick stop over whilst travelling on train to chamonix. The hotel welcomed us late in the evening and were lovely and friendly. Room was perfect, extremely clean and had all the facilities needed. Spacious, great value for money and comfy bed.

Very good location, within walking distance from Gare de Lyon station. Nearby facilities such as a coin laundry, supermarket, and many restaurants make it very convenient. The room was clean and family-friendly, with a mini fridge and kettle provided, along with sufficient coffee and tea. The 24-hour front desk was very helpful and made our stay feel easy and secure. We were also able to store our luggage after check-out and return later in the evening to collect it, which was a great convenience
The only minor issue was that the shower was leaking and it was not repaired immediately; however, this was understandable and did not significantly affect our stay.

The room is a bit tight for 3 pax, and not able to open the luggage fully. But this is understandable in Paris
