Cleanliness of room. Staff should be more friendly and welcoming

We left morning time to wander around and when we came back our room was opened. We noticed our room was cleaned but the housekeeper didn’t close our door. It was scary good thing nothing from our stuff was missing.

Location was great customer service specially Usman was very helpful and courteous room was modern and equipped cleaning staff was great I liked as there was not breakfast included but croissants juice and coffee almost all day avaible at reception. Will come again with my family

Spacious, location is not far from the center and with easy access to public transport.

The claim that it is a 4-start accommodation. The property has around 2 stars. The service is extremely poor - I did not like 1) the security standards (in front of the hotel were several beggars) 2) no reception people at night, you use a code everywhere (also for entrance door and the room door)3) very small and rather unpleasant check-in desk4) no heating system in the room (you have a heater, but I personally got headaches from it)5) service came at 10:45 with the request to leave (even though the official check-out was at 11:00)6) I requested to refund money so that I can leave and look for another place at the very beginning, which was strictly refused. Overall, this is surely not the place with 4 stars where you pay 146€ per night for 1 person and it has no atmosphere at all.

Dear Sir/Madam,I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided during our stay at your hotel.Firstly, there has been no hot water in the bathrooms, despite the very cold weather. We reported this issue several times, yet the problem was never resolved.Secondly, the room cleaning service is very poor. Towels in the bathrooms are never changed and are often left wet, even though we informed the staff about this matter. Unfortunately, no improvement was made.In addition, during room cleaning, complimentary items such as water and coffee were not replenished in the room. We had to go to the reception ourselves and request them, which is extremely poor service and not acceptable for a hotel of this category.Moreover, there is no milk provided for coffee, unlike what is normally offered in other hotels.Furthermore, no one answers the phone when we call the reception, forcing us to go in person every time we need assistance, which is very inconvenient and unprofessional.Overall, the room service and general hotel service are extremely poor, and I honestly do not understand how this hotel has been rated as a 4-star hotel, as the service does not meet even basic hospitality standards.I hope this complaint will be taken seriously and that immediate action will be taken to address these issues.Sincerely,Ali Al Hooti

The room and toilet were neat

The water from the shower just wet the entire floor. The picture and the actual room varied a bit so my expectations were flawed

Our stay at Sweett FL, just steps from the Arc de Triomphe, was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is stylish, comfortable, and perfectly located, ideal for exploring Paris.A special shout-out to Melly at reception, who truly made our visit exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to help with everything. Thanks to her, our stay felt personal and unforgettable. Highly recommend this place.

The property offered complimentary croissants each day, which was a nice touch. The room was big for Paris standards. Naturally once we opened the sofa bed, it was a bit cramped but not impossible to move around. The cleaning staff washed our dishes each morning, which was a pleasant surprise to come back to a perfectly clean room and kitchenette. The facilities are modern and comfortable.

Fantastic location to the Arc de Triumph and the Champs Elysees as well as the metro. Room was very comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the balcony view whilst not being overlooked

Lovely place - reasonable size room especially for Paris - very clean and comfortable, the terrace was a bonus.Close proximity to pretty much everything (public transportation, supermarket, boulangerie, places to eat etc...).Would definitely stay here again.Staff were friendly and always greeted you with a smile.Being close to L' Entrecote was also an added bonus!

Title: Poor Duty of Care and Unresolved IssuesWe paid €803 for two nights at [Hotel Name] during a Paris heatwave. The air conditioning in my father and children’s room did not work, and despite written confirmation, no crib was provided for our room.We raised this with the hotel and provided proof, yet our evidence was ignored. Instead, we were offered a token 20% refund with no proper acknowledgment of the failures. After our last email, we received no reply for over two weeks.This is not about money but principle: the hotel failed in its basic duty of care to guests, especially children and elderly family. Very disappointing.
