Climbing so many stairs

The location is great to spend some days in Paris, walkable to most plces

No elevator. I was in the 4th floor and it was a bit of a pain.

Location is just across from the Metrostation Bastille. Super friendly staff (very well English speaking), check-in went smooth due to the online precheck-in. We where early and could leave our luggage safely with the staff. Our rooms were clean and modern styled. The bed was good. Perfect stay for us (Family with 2 children).

Due to the time of year the airconditioning was turned off and the heater was already turned on. But the weather outside was very warm for the time and we felt too hot in our rooms. Opening the windows helpt us to find a good nights rest.We didn’t mind walking the stairs to the 4’th floor (top floor), but there is no elevator.

Location was great. Easy subway access. The bakery a couple doors down was fantastic!

The staff is very helpful and kind. Frédérique was especially supportive.

No lift - difficult to climb with heavy bags

Great location, steps away from metro and perfect for morning departures from Gare de l' est or Gare du Nord.Very clean.Tiny room for fairly high price, as normal and expected for this area.

I am deep dissatisfaction following my recent stay at this hotel.The overall service was disappointing. The reception desk was frequently unattended after 8 p.m., and the telephone in my room was not working during the first two days of my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning in my room was non-functional, making my stay extremely uncomfortable.I reported these issues to reception several times, but the staff showed little to no concern about resolving them. Even worse, I was met with rudeness and indifference. For two consecutive days, I was repeatedly assured that the problems would be addressed, yet no action was taken.It became apparent that there was a complete lack of communication between reception staff. Technical issues were not passed on from one shift to another, which forced me to explain the same situation every morning to a different receptionist—none of whom were informed or helpful. One staff membre even spoke to me rudely, in a raised and irritated tone, and refused to listen to my concerns +++++When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told none were available. This response is wholly unacceptable at any standard of hotel.The overall behavior of the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful, —likely a result of poor supervision and lack of accountability. I also requested a room change and a partial refund, but both requests were completely ignored by the reception staff.Fortunately, I was able to contact the property service throw Booking.com, who promptly assisted me. After two days of enduring discomfort and frustration, they arranged a room change with functioning air conditioning.

Great location and price. Room was clean and I appreciated being able to drop my luggage off.

Location was great and in a less touristy part of Paris and opposite the metro station

The aircon makes a strange tapping noise so we struggled to sleep the first night. We had a family room with a pull out sofa bed so it was pretty small and shower room was tiny

Location was excellent, lots of food options around and access to metro

AC vent was very noisy, I complained about it as well

Terribly noisy, the digital lock of the front door kept making electronic noises every 10 minutes. Impossible to sleep, the lights were on in the corridor all night and lighting up the room.

Great location very close to the opera house. Impeccable room and very friendly staff.

Nice eceptionists, luggage storage, location, storage in the bathroom for toiletries, clean common toilet

Small room

It’s very close to the Metro and the staff are very nice and Ryan is very helpful. Clean room and bathroom.

No elevator. Not advisable for guest who has big luggages. They could do better with the free breakfast too.

Check-in was so easy. Everything is in their app. From which door to go in first, including pictures of that door. To being able to open the door with code or app. WIFI code, and co tact info. The staff were all super nice.the room was small, not a Harry Potter closet, more than enough room for me and my luggage. the bathroom was nice, with a heated mirror so I could do my face as soon as I got out of the shower.I was at the center of the building so no noise to worry about.Definitely recommend!

The toilet seat was a little loose, not enough to cause issues but enough to notice. honestly...that's it!

We had a fantastic stay! The rooms were spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The only downside was the lack of a lift in the building.
