Hotel Marmotel Etoile

The man at the front desk was fantastic! The hotel is a little dated, but honestly the location is perfect and the man at the desk made up for it. Room was very clean. All parts of the hotel we saw were very clean.

No, everything was great!

The hotel is not safe. We are victims of theft in this hotel because of the receptionist¿s fault. Their response to the theft was unbelievably poor and our vacation was ruined.

Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30. But at 9:45 it was not served.

Most of the staff is very rude.

The hotel bathroom was renovated but the rest was old. The staff was very helpful

The walls and the windows was damaged. It was not really clean I didnt want to shower.

Nice room with outside entry, beautiful bathroom with nice shower and a desk, fridge and hanging space in the closet.

The nightwatcher was very unfriendly: don't take the door key with you on the way out! always leave it at the front desk.

No elevator and there is a problem at the toilet water leaking and dirty towel the Asian employee at reception was poor to communicate with the guest

This hotel is located in the city center, so you can reach Arc of Triomphe in 3 minutes by foot

1. The room was microscopic2. I don't like leaving my keys on reception desk, when I leave for a while

The stuff is nice and polite. We arrived at 1AM (so after the checkin for the day was closed), but the gentleman from the front desk welcomed us anyway. Also, around 2 AM I realized that we didn't had a hair dryer in the room so my husband went to talk to the gentleman from the reception and he fixed our problem at 2 AM in the morning!The room was clean and comfortable. They changed the towels everyday. The location is just perfect as you have the metro at 2 mins walk distance and also a lot of restaurants and bakeries near by.

They don’t have an elevator which is a big problem with the big luggages especially that their stairs are very narrow

Location and size of the room. Staff was friendly.

The closet smelled like mold, and as per usual in Paris: stairs and no elevator... toilet was way too high to sit on it (I am 165 cm).. No airco.

older man that worked the reception in the mornings was really kindlocation was amazing

bathroom full of moldnight guard called my room, told me to come down to the reception and started flirting with me, later he came up to MY ROOM with juice and on the second night he refused to give me my room card (which you have to drop of when you leave the building) unless i called him or had drinks with him. As a woman alone this made me feel extremely unsafe. The only compensation offered was €100 off on my next stay, but obviously i am never coming to this hotel again !

Excellent location, near metro stations, restaurants, nice people at check in, great breakfast. Definitely staying here again!!

The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

There was a lot of humidity, it wasn’t very clean, and one of the receptionists was extremely disrespectful.

My room would need some renevation, two lamps were broken, the floor and especially the edges in the shower were unclean

My room was big with a large double bed and a sofa bed next to it. The wifi worked great, the heater was super (I visited in the depths of winter). The bathroom is quite large with a big shower stall. I did not use the TV but it was there. The closest metro station is literally below the building. This is not my first time visiting this hotel, but I am glad I finally remembered to write a review. I love this place and would highly reccomend.

Just location.

It’s no cleaning service. And no toilet paper. Every time we need to ask toilet paper. Breakfast was 9€ for one and dont worth it it was just small croissants and juoce ? scam . I like just location .

it was very close to the metro and the arc.

room was small, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room and the sink was tiny. water didn’t drain well in the shower. bathroom door wouldn’t close properly.
