Narrow steep stairs.

The staff was super friendly and they even upgraded me on the night I arrived to a larger room. They were also super kind to speak in french, spanish and english if needed. I loved that even on check out they were kind enough to help me book a taxi since for some reason Uber was not picking up. The location is PERFECT and it is very safe and close by to plenty cafes and the main tourist attractions in Paris. Loved it, would come back and would highly recommend for single travellers.

The location is awesome and is within walking distance of Louvre. The building is quite old and gives a historical experience.

The rooms were very small and the elevator basically fit for 1 person opening directly on staircase. Not fit for any persons with disability or any older folks. Very risky. Avoid the top floor as the room ceiling isso low that you can touch the ceiling while sleeping on your bed. (see pics)

Not a dislike, but it’s an older property with older amenities. That said, it’s exactly what we expected and was a phenomenal find.

Londres Saint-Honoré is my go to hotel in Paris, I have stayed 3 times and enjoy it every single time!! The staff are amazing, extremely helpful and accommodating (especially Eric with his great hair!

Nothing!!!(Other reviews may mention the stairs or the lift, but these are part of Parisian charm, small narrow curved stairs and small lifts the perfect size for 2 adults, or one adult with suitcases.Be lucky the hotel even has a lift as some don't!!)

Location was really very excellent, short 6 minute walk to the Louvre, shops , nearby cafe, winter fair and big wheel, lovely church .It had a fridge and safe, kettle and tea.

The hotel was very basic & narrow:-Access to the lift was via stairs and dangerously opened out to the narrow stairs.The outside signage for the hotel was poor- We walked past it a few times when returning from outings. There was no separate shower, shower gel was very sparing supplied.The small room lacked drawers, even under side bed shelves. The linen was basic and cups were plastic.

The hotel is a good option for those who are not keen to spend a lot of money but have a decent comfortable room to stay in. The reception was very good and the folks working the reception desk were quite helpful on check in and post check in. The room is quite basic but was clean as was the bathroom. The location is very good and is a stone's throw away from a lot of tourist attractions.

Being in an older building in Paris, the spiral stairs can be a challenge and while there is a lift it does not serve the 'half' floors. That said they will help you with your bags if you need it.

Second stay in this property and would stay again. Location 10/10 for us, we walked everywhere and beautiful, clean area. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

One of the best locations.

The website pictures misrepresent the actual facilities, even my taxi driver had troubles locating 4* hotel, it was a tiny door in the wall :)The room was small, the bathroom was tiny even by Parisian standards. The staff was very friendly, especially Nael, and location beats all of the above. I'd stay there again.

It is very central. Easy walking distance to most of the attractions. Eric who greeted me was very helpful and helpful.

The building the hotel is in is old and consequently the hotel has had to be designed around that. But the lift, which only goes from the 1&1/2 floor, has no landing and to get in you have to clamber around the door from stairs falling away or winding up. Really not very good and quite dangerous with luggage.

The location was amazing. It is centrally located and very convenient. The staff was very nice.

The hotel is very expensive for a fairly small room with no amenities. I would recommend offering free breakfast, slippers, and guest robes to make the experience more "luxury". The AC did not work either.
