Art Hotel Eiffel

The very best thing is that it was across the street from the subway station, three trains! But the optional breakfast was delicious and well worth ¿12. Room was very nice although small, with AC. Stores and restaurants nearby.

Staff, cleanness, location, early check in without extra fee!

Location Safe Great breakfast Comfortable bed

Small room Cold shower

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a metro station right infront of the hotel.

we found cheaper prices on other sites but this had nothing to do with the hotel

The location was great! Staff was very helpful.

The hair dryer did not work well.

Great location. If you don't mind walking you can get to almost all of the local highlights. Next to the train station. 24 hour assistance. Comfortable beds.

Small rooms, but fine for the price.

Had an amazing view of Eiffel Tower from bedroom, lots of great cafes near by and metro was right outside our door. Room was small but very clean and staff were very helpful especially with transport to airport.

Room a little small and shower had no hot water.

On the first day the girl at the reception was friendly, we weren't much in hotel mostly out so just went at night.

We had rebooked again for 21-22nd feb however had called and spoken to a guy in the morning informing due to family emergency we want to cancel our reservation however got an email saying we didn't. Why lie just to make money..

Location

Shower head was taped so it wound not move. Garbage can pedal to open was broke. Shower door was broke.

The property is well taken care of, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, which made it very comfortable.

Overall, everything was fine. As a small suggestion, adding a mini fridge to some rooms, access to streaming services on the TVs, and shower products in the bathrooms would be nice enhancements.

Location is amazing near to public transportation and many cafes and restaurants around

The location was great and in walking distance to shops, restaurants and the eiffel tower

Such a good location, and the staff were very nice and polite

My room was on the first floor next to the entrance, and it was a little bit noisy

the hotel has an excellent location just across the road from the metro station. The room size is just enough. The wifi speed is excellent but everytime you go in and out of the room you will have to enter again the credentials which is quite annoying. The staff are very kind and helpful. The parking just across the block is 35% the cost of any parking in the area.

The furniture is quite used up and there is no minibar in the room. The room is very grim with a window overlooking another building 5 meters across.

Location is near the Metro and Eiffel Tower, but it is in a safe neighborhood. Even tho it is close to the Metro, it is quiet inside the building. Room is adequately sized and clean. Front desk personnel are friendly.

Nothing really.

Good location near Eiffel Tower and across from metro station. Clean rooms but very small, which we expected.

Staff at the front desk were not very helpful.

Location.. easy walking distance to sites, and restaurants

VERY NOISY.. bathtubs felt unsafe.. no handrails, no bath mat inside tub for anti-slip, and felt awkward and unsafe getting out of tub…

Very good location. Close to Eiffel Tower and lots of shops. Room was ok, and clean.

Two of the receptionists were not really friendly.

Nice hotel close to many attractions and right next to the Metro Stop for several lines. Rooms are nice and clean and staff were mostly(the first person, younger with dark skin, not the other older white guy) friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, although the same for every day. Rooms are very small, and noisy if you have the windows open. AC worked well and kept the room cool.

A little better/ more comfortable/less noisy bed and a shower that sprays rather than pouring down.

Very convenient to the metro station getting around very easily.

Beth room shower head not working properly. The electric kettle is not clean
