- Easy access to metroIt was clean
- Bed clean and comfortable. Staff seemed fine. Close to metro which is handy if arriving/deparing back to CDG.
Cons -
- No one notified us that our rooms will be cleaned in the middle of the stay when we werent there. Although we do appreciate it, it was very unexpected and it felt quite invasive to our privacy. Another thing that wasnt very nice was someone drilling one floor above us at 7 am...
- Although clean, the shower sometimes smelt of cabbage so must have an issue with their bathroom pipes.
- Stingy and rigid breakfast, 2 boiled eggs but no option for fried or scrambled? Kind of strange... Needs more variety and flexibility, Paris attracts international visitors and we demand better than this mediocre option.Bedroom and bathroom were absolutely tiny, but this is the Paris standard. However, the room had no sound isolation or noise dampening on the doors or walls, so you inevitably hear all the 'movements' of next door... Bring your earplugs.

The bed was wonderfully soft and we slept very well. The girls who served breakfast were helpful and friendly, which made the mornings especially pleasant. The location was excellent too — with a metro just around the corner, getting around was very easy.
Unfortunately, the room we were given was not exactly what we had booked or what was shown in the booking confirmation. The room felt quite depressing, with no view, and there was noticeable noise from the air-conditioning unit outside. The bathroom and toilet were in two separate rooms, and we believe that hand towels should be provided as a standard in a hotel, especially in this layout. Only two large bath towels were provided, and we had to ask for additional towels the following morning. The room was also cold, with only an electric heater that we had to plug in ourselves. The bed sheets felt very worn, as though they had been washed many times.Breakfast was rather underwhelming, offering only a basic French breakfast with little variety.
Exceptionally friendly staff, they were super kind and helpful! Small but perfectly cleaned room, comfortable bed and cosy room! Everything in the hotel is arranged with love to the details!
Locked out at night and...
The hotel itself is modest and functional, and check-in earlier in the evening was straightforward. Unfortunately, a serious incident later that night overshadowed the entire stay. The property advertises a 24-hour front desk on Booking.com, and this was also verbally confirmed to us at check-in. However, on New Year’s Eve, when we returned shortly after midnight, the hotel was locked and unattended. There was no receptionist present, no doorbell, intercom, phone number, or instructions for night-time access. After using the door handle and applying normal pressure, the door opened and part of the locking mechanism disengaged. There was no kicking, forcing, or intentional damage. The photographs shared with both the hotel and Booking.com show no signs of forced entry, only an inadequately secured lock. What followed was the most unprofessional staff behaviour I have experienced in over 20 years and hundreds of hotel stays. Approximately 10 minutes after we returned to our room, a staff member came to our door at around 1 a.m., banged loudly, accused us of being in the wrong room, and demanded that I come downstairs for “verification.” His manner was angry and intimidating. I refused, as I did not feel safe. This caused significant stress and completely disrupted our night. For a one-night stay, this affected the entire experience. Regardless of price point, guests should not be locked out at night, confronted aggressively by staff, or misled about essential services. The hotel later attempted to characterise the situation as guest misconduct rather than addressing the lack of proper night-time access procedures. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property, particularly to guests arriving late at night.
I like the variety of dishes on the menu.
There are two things I don't like. First, the kettle is quite dirty. I didn't feel safe using it to boil water for tea or coffee. Second, I wish there were slippers for use in the room or in the lobby; it would be more convenient.

The property is very well designed, is very clean and comfortable. It is close to the subway too.
The room is small, but it is perfect for a city trip. The biggest plus is the breakfast, absolutely great and very friendly staff serving it.
quiet room great breakfast Metro and bakery around the corner
very compact bath room
This small hotel was well located for our purposes, situated a decent walk from Gare du Nord; and within easy walking distance of plenty of restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were given a slightly bigger 'family' room. It was still quite compact but perfectly comfortable. The (very) compact lift was nevertheless very welcome.Breakfast was good. It is table service, with only one (very attentive) waiter, so not as quick as a self-service buffet. Overall, a pleasant and conveniernt overnight stay.
Nothing really.
We loved the cleanliness & the most welcoming staff especially the receptionist who went out her way to help in everything asked/questioned regarding the area & local amenities, we thank her from the bottom of our hearts, she's a very special young lady
The room size with no storage for our Monday-Friday stay,we lived out of our suitcase which wasn't great, luckily we weren't in it too long as too much to see & do in Paris
It was so clean, the rooms were exactly as pictured, it was super close to the metro and the staff were fab.
The location couldn’t be more convenient — the metro is just a two-minute walk from the hotel. The property itself is cozy, stylish, and full of Parisian charm. My room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and felt wonderfully warm, with both AC and a heated towel rack in the bathroom. I truly enjoyed my time here!
Staff were really nice and the decoration was great
The breakfast could’ve been better and we would’ve preferred a self service breakfast
It's close to the metro line and easy to get to the center. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The rooms are very small, but if you're busy exploring Paris during the day, it's not a problem. There was a foul smell in the bathroom, and we couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The surroundings weren't very reassuring, especially in the evening.
Breakfast was excellent - a good variety and the server was friendly and attentive every time. The hotel decor was quirky and warm, and all of the staff we interacted with were approachable and polite. Our room was small but perfect for what we needed. It was clean and comfortable. The room service food was good and we were offered a free drink as our first choice wasn’t available.
My only recommendation was enabling the TV to be able to receive screen sharing from a phone so we could watch English TV.
Comfortable room, pretty modern and super clean. The staff was always super nice!
The breakfast could have been a bit more complete, but it was still good overall.
Good location, nice decoration, comfortable beds, nice shower, quiet
