    Pros +

    • Conveniently located, clean room, late check-in possible
    • Excellent location in the heart of Le Marais and a 1 minute walk to the St. Paul metro stop. Walking distance to many shops cafes and museums (The Picasso Museum was a favorite). Staff were friendly and accommodating and offered suggestions for places to eat in the neighborhood. Hotel was very clean and staff did a great job turning over and cleaning the room daily. Our room had a nice little balcony, which was great to look out over the neighborhood at night. The hotel has a 5 Euro breakfast option (a selection of pastries, breads, juice and coffee), which is a great option for a quick affordable breakfast on the go before exploring the city, but there are also a bunch of excellent cafes close by.
    • Location was great and conveniently accessible through metro. The hotel is next to a gorgeous restaurant. Everything in the room was in clean pristine condition.

    Cons -

    • Around 8am in the morning loud drilling and other construction noises has started next door. I called the reception, the lady seemed angry, told me it was normal and the receptionist must have warned me the night before. The drilling continued.
    • The step to the shower protruded into the walkway a bit, posing a potential trip hazard. No shower curtain.
    • Weird layout but probably normal for Paris. The bathroom is annexed into the room. No door in between but it was very pretty. They give you a clunky key and offer to keep it while you are out of the hotel, which is just plain weird.

The hotel is in the heart of Le Marais, a great neighborhood with lots of little shops and cafes, close to many museums, and a 2 minute walk from the St. Paul metro stop. It's a very bustling area that still feels like a real neighborhood with lots of old Parisian charm and not too overloaded with tourists. The hotel is tucked away just off the main street on a nice little side street so it was quieter than you might expect. The room was very clean and we had a nice little balcony with a beautiful view of the neighborhood. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, and they offered suggestions for great food in the area (of which there is no shortage by the way). There is also a nice 5 Euro breakfast option (a selection of breads, pastries, coffee, and juice), which is great if you just want a quick affordable breakfast on the go before exploring Paris.

We stayed here twice over the course of our trip. The first room we stayed in was one of the smaller rooms and it had a step in front of the shower, which impeded a bit into the walkway posing a trip hazard. Also there was no shower curtain or door. The second room we stayed in was one of the larger rooms and it had a nice tub/shower with a curtain.

Excellent location & lovely staff: very close to the metro so a great place to stay to explore Le Marais and the rest of Paris. Rooms are small but comfortable, cute breakfast but also cafe options nearby.

Rooms are small but I think this is common in Paris. Shower being in the corner of the room might not be for everyone, but didn’t bother us.

It is in a great location so close to the metro. Lots of food and drink options in the area.

I would note that it is a very small establishment and the option breakfast is served in the lobby that double up as a cafe type situation

I stayed 1 night and for that it was fine. It is clean and comfortable. Location is central and minutes away from a metro station

Bright and beautiful. Best hotel I’ve stayed in for years. Lovely host, very friendly and helpful. Gorgeous room in a great location. I’ll come back.

Very clean and well kept facility. The hostess at the front desk, Gwendaline, behaved as an ambassador for the face of the company which runs the hotel. Was Very professional, welcoming, warm and charming. Will be staying there in our future trips to Paris.

    10SylviaPosted on: 12-29-2025

Fantastic location and super friendly staff on the front reception desk.

The obit disappointing things was the scaffold and mesh blocking our views as I had selected the hotel for the balcony and street views. Totally understand that this is out of anyone’s control and we still loved the hotel

The location is the best thing about this place. The top floor is beautiful and has a lovely view. The elevator is very small (fits one person), but it’s perfect for a medium-sized suitcase or a carry-on. The staff is very kind and friendly. The only downside is that the bathroom cleaning could be better. You’re really paying for the location here.

Location is obviously excellent, staff was very helpful.

The room was very small, but I understand we are in the Marais area. The scaffolding was bothersome.

this location was PERFECT... literally across the street from the St Paul (M1) station... plenty of stores and restaurants around and accommodations are comfortable. The room is unique (for me). The lady that checked me in was a gem! Very charming... we had a GREAT conversation. She was very inviting and helped me check in a little early; shared knowledge of the area and a site to see.

The elevator is tiny and so are the stairs... honestly that gave it some charm a little, but I am not a small man! HAHA. Other than that... it was ALL GOOD

Location is wonderful. Close to metro. And continental breakfast was perfect for getting started in the morning. Simple—coffee, juice and breads and cannot beat having french butter.

There is scaffolding on the exterior which was not described when booking an unrefundable stay. So not so much of a view from inside. They were acommodating and upgraded to a larger bed and higher floor. Some wee fixes need to be made to the room—burnt out light and the toilet paper holder was too big for the wc. Tiny improvements but didn't hurt the stay. We did have a fire alarm go off which was most distressing since it wasn't made clear that the place was safe late at night.

The cosy tiny room, the was a heater to keep warm at night. Its near public transport, grocery stores, entertainments. The staff were friendly and went beyond to assist.

The lift was too tiny to handly many luggages

    Location and authentic Paris vibe

The shower. The water kept going into the room as no door or a stopper

    8PennyPosted on: 11-29-2025

The location (Marais) was the reason I booked here. The receptionist staff really helpful, and very clean room. Also, the room size information was available to me beforehand, so it was no surprise.

Size of room, of course, AND I understand this is common in Paris.

    10EdenPosted on: 11-27-2025

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Location was perfect. Very near the metro.

    5SamPosted on: 11-27-2025

Staff super friendly and helpful, the lady on reception in the day was so lovely and always engaged in conversation with us!! It was a great location, surrounded by great places to eat and drink and always felt safe! The free coffee and pastries was a nice touch.

The room was smaller than expected and the TV didn’t work well (would be great if you could access Netflix for non French speaking travellers). Also seemed to be a lot of issues with the drains and our room did smell on occasion.
