Location and friendliness of staff. Very nice breakfast included in the reasonable price.

Extremely low wattage bulbs in the bathroom. Can't see what you're doing. We have stayed twice now and will most likely stay again, but please, please, please get some decent lights in the bathroom.

Room was quite small, shower drain was blocked. On our last day we were woken up around 7am to someone trying to unlock our door - though this might have been another confused guest?

The location was nice, close to many shops and not far from the metro. Breakfast was good for a quick stop before heading out. The room itself was large enough, and very quiet in the night time.

The bathroom was very small, and there is not much of a view or ambiance, very bare bones.

The hotel meet our expectations tho on the smaller side, Paris is like that. The staff was very accommodating. Free coffee and minutes away from the metro station, bus too if you prefer it. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and stores in the area.

The bathroom is different, no curtains and when you you shower the whole floor gets wet.

A charming hotel with very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. On the corner of a pedestrian street full of restaurants, traditional shops, and a market. Very good location only a few minutes walk from a major station. Excellent value for money.

A little smell of mould in the bathroom.

Near metro station that covers airport line. Good neighborhood with market and many options to eat local. Warm and very clean room.Good receptionist and luggage arrangements.

Small rooms, thin walls, old style facilities. Not so great breakfast.

Nice neighbourhood with lots of quality shops, exceptional connectivity (metro, RER), quiet, eco friendly, basic breakfast but with extremely good bread and croissants

Basic comfort, a lot of mold in the bathroom

The hotel is is a great location - we loved the shops and restaurants and the proximity to a couple of metro stations. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and breakfast was simple but good.

The shower is very small. It would be better to not have the glass screen and just use it as a wet room.

Price is okay

The bathroom had an unpleasant smell of damp. The breakfast was very basic. The coffee didn't taste good. It was just OK for the price.

Convenient and nice personnel

We can hear everything happening outside the room and the system closing the doors slams them - it’s really annoying at night to say the least

Excellent location, plenty of street food, market, creperie, patisserie, boulangerie, etc.Cheap location with basic equipment, nice staff. Recommended for budget backpackers.

Roof window little tricky to close. Only bed sheet on the bed without quilt (?), maybe only I did not find it....

A good family run hotel in a very good residential area of Paris close to good transport and very hood food shops for cheese, fruit and vegetables... breakfast excellent.

The location is great - train from CDG, exit Denfert- Rothereau stop and walk about 6 minutes. Convenient to metro and Montparnesse. Lots of restaurants and fruit stands in neighborhood. Free (but simple) breakfast. Clean and comfortable.
