Hotel Les Bains Paris

Great neighborhood, easy to manage by metro as well.Comfortable room. Very clean.The team tried to help as much as needed.Breakfast was delicious! The restaurant team was welcoming and Aida was super attentive, friendly and very professional.

The first night a very heavy cigarettes smoke filled our room to the point that we woke up and couldn’t go to the restroom.In the morning the Hôtel promised to take the issue seriously and prevent it from happening again.

The hotel is centrally located and our room was spacious. The staff were wonderful

The entire hotel is too dark

Amazing location, central to everything. The pool was fun and the staff were friendly. They helped me with my restaurant reservations and were patient with my French.

Central location, unique and luxurious rooms. Also great atmosphere with an underground club. The staff was extremely professional and friendly

The iconic lobby/ dining area made it easy to imagine the discotheque of decades past. The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Loved the bath products and eau de cologne in the bathroom, which you can purchase in their boutique across the street! The welcome macarons and daily bottle of mineral water were greatly appreciated.

My room was well organized and the bed and pillows very comfortable, but the room was painted in very dark colors and poorly lit, so I called it my cozy bay cave.

Amazing location, pretty close to very nice coffee shops and restaurants as well as major attractions. Absolutely amazing staff!

The first 2 nights I slept in a room on a built in wall bed. I can not even explain how uncomfortable the mattress and the headboard were… unbelievable in a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Dark, uncomfortable bed

Clean, friendly, staff was available, service exceptional , rooms with balcony with view was lovely Hotel is beautiful. The decor was outstanding.

Lights in the room were confusing and difficult to operate. The entire hotel(rooms, lobby and halls) were too dark day and night.

The property is in a great location in Le Marais with lots of shops and cafes very nearby within a 5 minute walk. The breakfast and lunch at the restaurant was quite good as well. It's also a quiet hotel on a side street which allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle at the end of the day.

The staff were incredibly young and inexperienced. We would ask them simple questions like can you recommend a nice restaurant nearby, or where can we find a nice bottle of wine at a nice wine shop and they had no idea what was in the area. Truly lacking any sort of concierge service. Also, the hotel showed up as a Michelin key hotel which is why we booked it. It's a unique hotel, but not even close to being of Michelin quality given that the hotel is a little tired and the service is lacking.

Excellent room in any location, made better given Europe's smaller sizes. This was a deluxe room. Also, a nice balcony and great air conditioning.

Despite having emailed earlier, we could not get the room even a minute earlier than 3PM. We wanted it at 1:30, arrived at that time and even tried to get it for 2:15. They didn't seem interested in really executing on that.

Decor very dark. Hard to see elevator buttons and door locks because of the dim lighting in the halls.

We had a wonderful stay at Les Bains! The housekeeping team was incredibly attentive. Our room was always spotless, refreshed both in the morning and evening. Even if we used the room in the afternoon, they made sure it was perfectly reset by the time we returned. The bed was so comfortable, the interior design in general is soo cool, and we had a nice balcony/terrace. Thoughtful touches like these truly reflect 5-star service. The attention to detail was exceptional (even the stationery had my name printed on it!). We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Only thing is the room service menu supposedly has an all night menu, and when we tried to order they said they were all out and couldn’t make us anything. They kindly suggested we could order uber eats and they would bring it up to our room though so that was great!

The breakfast was good. The decor of the hotel is very chic and fun. It is in a great location. We loved the balcony off our room with its own table and chairs and lovely vine growing over the fence. And very quiet.?The staff were lovely and welcoming and keen to help in any way they could. The cafe and restaurant recommendations made from the reception were very authentic French and not touristy. They were great.

This was our second stay at this lovely hotel. We got an upgrade which was so nice. What makes the hotel special is the nice rooms and the staff who do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. The location is also very good.

Staff were amazing and went above and beyond throughout our stay to make us feel comfortable. Rooms perfectly appointed and very clean. Attention to detail was exceptional, nothing was a problem. Highly recommend. Excellent location.

The service was out of this world, we particularly loved the bar, club and the location for our first proper trip to Paris was perfect for exploring on foot or on bike.Special mention to Kevin who ran the bar and club for going the extra mile every day.
