Great staff. Easy walk to shopping/food. Walkable distance to many attractions. Around the corner from The Élysée Palace (French president¿s residence) so there is a heavily armed police presence in the immediate area which was scary and comfortin

Hotel rooms in Paris are notoriously small and this room was definitely cramped for two people. The room had dated and worn out wall to wall carpeting. The bathroom was decent but there was a bit of a sewer smell. Definitely not a 4 star - maybe 2.5.

there was no parking near the hotel. There was no A/C in my room. The elevator took forever. The rooms were small not as advertised on the website. I was not upgrade thru my IHG membership by the staff. Staff did not make an exception for early check in

The hotel staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. There was also easy access to a desktop and printer. It was located in a quiet part of town, though not too far from the metro.

The bathroom seemed a bit dark (2 very small recess lights and what seemed to be tubelights around the mirror), and the water pressure in the shower was very weak. It was also a bit difficult to find a restaurant open nearby on a Sunday evening.

Good, quiet, cosy, modern hotel. Friendly informative staff. Good location, easy to get around- train/bus very short walking distance. Shopping area 13min walk away. The rooms are a bit small but the room makes up for it in comfort and style. Best nights sleep I’ve had in a long time very aesthetically pleasing.

The late check in time and early check out os very disruptive to the day when you travel in early and leave late you are limited to your day plans on a short stay. I requested earlier check in but didn’t get a reply.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. The rooms are comfortable and have all you need for your stay. The staff are very friendly and responsive to queries. The breakfast is lovely.

The rooms are rather small but I must say that they are well equipped. Staff at breakfast is nice but the provisions are just insufficient. Within 30-60 mins of opening, buffet runs out of stuff and none of the items are topped up.

The breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. The very large, comfortable bed was great. The staff are unfailingly polite and helpful.

The shower room lighting was poor. Just one spotlight over the toilet. Not very helpful for applying make-up. A magnifying mirror is always a big plus but you were forced to stand very close to it which was difficult between the basin and the toilet.The lights around the large shower room mirror look pretty but are not effective.Our room was not made up until nearly 5pm on one day, fortunately the reception area is a very pleasant place to sit and wait.

The Staff were absolutely wonderful.Very attentive and always smiling. Special mention to Mahamadu at the front desk. A consumate professional who went the extra mile in making our stay wonderful

The hotel was very classy, traditional, of a boutique style. Its location was ideal. Close to the metro and walking distance from the Eiffle Tower and Arc du Triomphe. The staff were helpful, friendly, and available. The family room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable.A lovely little hotel!

Property was great and the location was perfect. A block from the metro and the neighborhood definitely felt safe.

I have no complaints

The hotel staff are exceptional, immensely helpful, polite, cheerful and courteous. My husband fractured a bone in his foot just before our departure and needed crutches to get around. We were offered a room with a shower rather than a bath which was greatly appreciated.The charming lady at breakfast was also very helpful with my husband's lack of mobility. Plenty of choice too for all breakfast tastes.The hotel location was ideal for the plans we had during our short visit.

Our room was on the top floor underneath the eaves. I didn't like having to crawl in and out of bed because of the sloping ceiling but the bed itself was extremely comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom, despite having some natural light from a window, had very poor lighting. Not good for applying makeup!

The Receptionist Paul is a very nice guy with good sense of humour. Always ready to assist.
