Location.

The size of the room was very small and the bathtub/shower was too deep and very hard to get in and out of.

Charming neighborhood (brasseries with sidewalk tables, cheese/bread/wine/grocery shops) a short walk from Metro (Ecole Militaire). Coffee and tea kettle in the room. Booked a standard room, complimentary upgrade to premium. Air conditioning worked well

Some staff friendlier than others.

Location was great. Very close to Eiffel tower .

Breakfast was good but we did not know we need to pay extra for that. Front desk was saying they serve breakfast like it was included in the price we paid.They can say simply it is free or we need to pay extra for that. Price for that night was high .

Rooms were spacious, bed was very comfortable, staff was kind and helpful. Location was great! Came with slippers! Small empty fridge was helpful for keeping water and snacks.

The shower had a window in it with frosted glass. We could see the people across the courtyard, so I presume they could see us when showing as well. No fan/ventilation in the water closet. There were 2 small towels total.

The location was convenient. The staff were pretty friendly.

The rooms are very dated. The carpets were in very bad shape and the quality of the room and furnishings was not great.

Everything! The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you'd require. Staff were helpful and friendly, and location was excellent for sightseeing and had numerous dining options and shops in the surrounding streets.

Fantastic location, close to metro station and everything you need. Rooms are so quiet and staff are wonderful

Environmental controls [heat / cool] were marginal at best.

The hotel is in a great location fir the Eiffel Tower, shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and the bathroom was nicely remodeled. A large coffee pot and coffee were provided in the room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was well replenished.

The outlet for the bathroom was outside the bathroom door which made using the hair dryer a challenge. And all the outlets were at floor level but I'd still recommend this hotel.

I really wanted a view of the Eiffel Tower and I had a hard time emailing and requesting this upgrade and didn’t get one nor offered a room.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location was very close to a Metro stop and had some good restaurants at the end of the street and a grocery a couple doors down. I loved the black out shades and how quiet it was at night

Really like the hotel! Stayed there with my family for four days during New Year’s Day. Great facilities, friendly staff and awesome location.

Breakfast was not included for our rate. The location was excellent- walking distances to MANY restaurants.

The room need an update/ renovation...firmer mattress,new dresser,new carpet. Fretwork under one side of the closet was bashed in,left in pieces. Towels marginal.

Room was pretty big and clean. Stuff is friendly.

The hotel has a great location, just a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower. There are quite a few nice restaurants, bakeries and shops around the hotel. The rooms are quite nice, clean, the sheets and pillows are extremely comfortable. Next to the reception is the breakfast area, which we did not take advantage of, but nevertheless it was available until 10pm for all small sweets, cakes, jelly candies, water, juice, tea.

It would be nice to have small coffee makers instead of instant coffee in the rooms.
