The rooms are so so small. In last day the elevator didn't work. So we had yo carry all our baggage by steps

Very well situated, nice area close to everything and safe. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the bed was super comfy! Would definitely come back again.

Only thing I would note is that walls are a bit thin and the room is quite small but cosy.

A lovely boutique hotel in the Marais. I had a great stay — the staff were amazing, the room was spacious and centrally located. There’s a bikeshare station outside the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

loved the breakfast and friendly staff. I jokingly told Mohammad to get better corkscrews at the front desk.

the room was very small so a little awkward to negotiate with luggage. I couldn't get very much on TV in English except CNN and BBC. Would have been nice to be able to cast to TV. Not that I was there to watch TV but you know..

Great location, easy to walk to city center and many important locations. The staff was very helpful.

Cramped room (003) that included a king size bed (2 twins made up as a king) plus another twin, which we didn’t need. The beds took up all the usable space leaving no room to walk or sit. There was a balcony of sorts that overlooked an alley with a sliver of a view but impossible to access as bed was in the way. The BR was definitely not a space that invited one to hang out. We spent very little time there so it was not a problem but felt like the basement of a college dorm. No real windows. A small window high up the wall in the bathroom offered no light and no view. And the “deck” that looked into an alley and offered very little light. Shower had no door and got the entire bathroom wet. Had to put towels down everywhere so as not to walk through puddles of water after a shower. Hard to find enough outlets to charge phones and other electronics.

    The staff were nice

The rooms were too small and noisy and were not cleaned until early evening

The location for what we were doing was unbeatable. The hotel staff is some of the friendliest and best staff I’ve met! It had air conditioning. The room was cute and had blackout curtains.

It was too cramped to have luggage for two people and being able to get dressed. Clever use of space in such a small building, but still a bit difficult nevertheless.

The AC! I really appreciated the AC working so well :) We were in a different hotel for the first half of our trip, and we suffered from the heat. At Marais Home, we felt the relief from a terribly hot summer. And the staff was really friendly.

The room was on the small side. I am 6'4" (198cm) and I was traveling with two friends. So we bumped into each other a little bit, but that's ok.

The location, very good connected via metro station Republique.Very friendly staff.

Very mediocre breakfast, croissants were not fresh, coffee machine was giving hot chocolate instead of coffee and you could feel it was not cleaned regularly. Is ridiculous to call the room "double room" when you do not have space to move around, the bed was taking all the space, there are no nightstands just 2 chairs?, on one side of the bed you couldn't even walk out of bed as it is too close to the window.Don't get fooled by the photos on the advertisement as they are taken with ultrawide which makes the rooms look bigger.A max of 120cm bed should be fitted there and sold as a single room. The entrance in the room is 80cm wide and it is close to the bed, you cannot get out properly by opening the door on the inside??? In case of an emergency you can't evacuate properly. The ventilation ducts ARE VERY DUSTY, never cleaned most probably, we could feel the dust in the air, unpleasant for sleeping.Room gets very hot during nights.Very loud, you can hear everything around. The kettle in our room was broken and they didn't do anything about it.

    Location and staff

    Tiny bathroom and shower

It was what we needed. Clean comfortable bed. We knew that rooms in Europe tend to be small but the bed was a good size and comfortable. Had little nooks around where you could sit and relax. A small cute balcony on the top floor. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect for public transportation to all the attractions. The area was lively and safe with plenty of options for food and cafes.

I really have nothing bad to say about the location.

my parents and I had a great stay at Marais Home. Really quiet hotel even facing the street, very cozy, comfortable, clean, with great air conditioning. Beds (bedding and mattress) were the best, from linvosges. There's friendly staff 24/7, an elevator, great internet, and the bathrooms are nice as well. There's a tiny fitness center in a cellar that looks really cool. Tea/coffee available in the lobby (and in the rooms) is a big plus.Very convenient location near Republique metro, lots of nice things in walking distance.

Everything was really nice. the room I had was a little tight but not a problem for a solo traveler. (my parents' had more space)
