Front desk staff is very good and very helpful.

This hotel is NOT a 4 star hotel. Your rating is not correct. A 3 star rating is appropriate. No English Channels available on their TV service. One of the two elevators out of service the entire time. No amenities at all. No room service available.

The room had a tilted ceiling that I hit my head on a couple of times and there was no curtains for the window so that light came in a bit earlier than desired after a late night.

Due to a poor half-door design, the shower flooded the bathroom every morning--up to 1 inch of water on the floor one day. Sopping up water with towels each day to not stand in a puddle was a chore.Also noticed coffee spill stains on a beige armchair

Youthful, helpful and very pleasant staff. I speak french fluently but they spoke excellent English to other guests. Very quiet and clean rooms. Some nice amenities such as chocolate and water.

The room had a lack of storage space. We were there for a week and had to keep well over 60% of our clothes in our suitcases (two medium sized suitcases). The shower is poorly designed causing water to spray onto the floor and leak from the seals

The staff was excellent and the room was nice and cozy! The location is perfect for walking to a lot of great sites as well as being very close to the metro for easy access to the rest of the city.

room was spacious, bathroom great, breakfast buffet with lots of options. location great! not full of tourist, close to metro station (not even a block)and 4 blocks for local transportation.

The good thing about this hotel is the location, nearby a metro and centrally located in Paris.

Internet was not working, even after paying $12/day for fast connection, which was very frustrating if you have to work. The staff was polite, but none of the requests I made were actually done.

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and the Metro station.

I have asked (and paid) for a room for 3 people (2 adults+ 1 kid-8 years old). When I checked in, the hotel said I had to pay more and upgrade to a more expensive room because the one I had paid was for a max of 2 people. In the end I had to pay for it.

Rooms and location, its just around 50 mts from the subway

Actually the rooms are fine, but when I checked in at 10pm they told me the hotel was fully booked and was sent to the hotel just across the street, which was a lower star level.
