    Pros +

    • The location was ok, it was quiet at least. The owner seemed friendly enough. The bathroom is nice.
    • Location is the only thing it positively offered.
    • Absolutely nothing

    Cons -

    • They have bed bugs, and they refuse refunds despite us staying with bed bugs. The beds are not comfortable, the room is hot, the windows are hard to open. The location is ok, but not great. The walls are thin. And again, BED BUGS.
    • Upon early arrival they rudely demanded, in their broken English, the full payment of 8 days. A practice more used at a boarding house. We were only allowed one key that made planning difficult for the three of us.
    • Almost nothing

Room was bit on smaller side, Located near metro that is bonus and too many restaurants very near by.

Missing basic necessities like glass, cup, water kettle etc

    Convenient for my purpose

Very small, looked bigger in your photo. Small bed with foam mattress. Expected more for the price. However the chambermaid service was a surprise,

The hotel is very central in lively 15th arrondissement. The building is almost historic but well maintained. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The restaurant is divine.

There were noises of people going up and down the stairs. There was no lift.

Location is wonderful. Away from the hustle & bustle of tourism. Decent for solo but not a romantic spot for a couple. Toilet hardly flushed, by 7am there were so many people walking and talking outside your room. basically a motel in a beautiful neighborhood

    Toilet.

Check in was quick and easy, staff were very friendly. Room was surprisingly large for the city, with ample wardrobe space and a desk. Great location with restaurant downstairs and supermarket on the next corner.

There was a door next to ours, not sure whether another room or a storage cupboard, but incredibly old and squeaky, groaning and screeching every time it was opened and closed which was terribly regular, particularly of a morning between 0700-0900.

The location is very near the Eiffel Tower and a Metro station. The hotel staff is happy to let you early check-in if the room is available. You can find coffee shops, a supermarket, and restaurants within a 2-minute walk. The hotel owner/manager are kind, helpful, and professional. Some rooms are well renovated, while others have older interiors. Rooms are small, but that is fine if you don't plan to spend much time in the hotel.

The hotel lacks an elevator, so you must carry large bags yourself.

    Clean bathrooms

Very expensive for what it’s worth. Cold rooms (especially bathroom) with little internal heating.

Liked the convenience of being right outside metro 8 and location in city, owner is very nice

This hotel does not have quiet hours, unfortunately people will be keeping you up until 2-3am walking up and down stairs, talking downstairs, then back up again at 7am talking, phone ringing, random banging you hear everything so getting good sleep is not easy..showers are very small not like the photos and the water turns cold on you

No elevator. Staff was the best!!! Wonderful service “Dated” but clean and comfortable rooms. WiFi and all ports worked. Beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great!!

    7JuliePosted on: 12-15-2025

Very friendly staff. No problems with check-in. Very clean. Location was terrific.

There wasn't always enough hot water. Otherwise, everything else was great.

    Not expensive

Noisy (they were road works) but it should not be too noisy otherwise . It is a one star and this is what it is .

Cosy room - small, but perfect for one person. Metro station and bus stop less than five minutes away from the hotel allow for easy traveling to and from most landmarks. Very friendly staff and great WI-FI.

The room got a bit cold during the night, even with the heating on.

    10LauraPosted on: 10-30-2025

It was clean and newly renovated.

The neighborhood was quiet and everything closed early. Just depends on what you prefer.

    7AnnaPosted on: 10-28-2025

The hotel is in a good place. You can walk to the Eiffel Tower or to the river easily. There are several shops, cafés, restaurants and bakeries nearby. The staff was really kind and helpful.

The bathroom semmed to be half done, but it was funcional. It's really hard to notice the Hotel's sign on the street.

    8BarryPosted on: 9-22-2025

Very nice location, close to Metro and easy to access Paris. Cheap and cheerful.
